The place is really magic. Wonderful Villa in the countryside. Back to the old times. The common rooms are really beautifully designed. The service is superb and the staff extremely professional, kind and ready to help. Super clean. Recommended.

Excellent hôtel, l’ambiance est parfaite, nature, la chambre tout était super. Très bon déjeuner et repas de soir. Pas très loin de Tourin. L’édifice est en très bon état. La chambre avait tout neuf, bien équipe. Les personnels étaient très gentils. Merci !

Benché la location sia affascinante pessimo il servizio, colazione esclusa, stanza sporco con polvere e ragnatele ovunque, e per me che sono allergico agli acari è stato impossibile chiudere occhio. Nel email di prenotazione ho specificato, visto che nella prenotazione nn era possibile, una mini suite per la prima notte di nozze quindi si spera con letto matrimoniale per ritrovarsi in due singoli. Servizio spa benché segnalato che volevamo utilizzarlo nn ci è stato acceso per tempo. Alle 11 era Ancora tutto spento e noi dopo la notte avremmo dovuto lasciare la stanza entro le 12. Nel prendere possesso della stanza non siamo stati informati delle peculiarità quindi quando è mancata la luce abbiamo dovuto attendere più di 30 Min perche l'addetto venisse a riattivarla. Precludendoci così anche il se pur modesto rispetto al prezzo , l uso dell' idromassaggio nella vasca della camera. In sintesi location gradevole buona la colazione ma nessuna attenzione alla pulizia al servizio al cliente. E quando al momento di pagare ho presentato le mie dimostranze fra l'altro con foto . Anziché scusarsi per l'accaduto hanno fatto scarica barile fra loro. Pessima esperienza con una prima notte di nozze decisamente rovinata.

Location splendida immersa in un parco secolare, personale gentilissimo, una "pecca" è che non era chiarissimo dal sito che avremmo potuto sfruttare anche sauna e bagno turco ma pazienza. torneremo sicuramente

Le nostre richieste sono state prontamente evase. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati con discrezione. Villa Matilde sarà ancora il nostro riferimento in Piemonte.

L'hôtel se situe sur un grand domaine qui a sans doute connu son heure de gloire. Il reste agréable et bien entretenu avec un charme ancien et un peu désuet. Les prestations sont de bonne qualité et la piscine est magnifique. Pas grand chose à faire aux alentours, si ce n'est la petite ville de Ivréa avec un château, des rues piétonnes et des petits restaurants sympathiques. Turin n'est pas très loin, mais ne présente pas vraiment d'intérêt touristique.
