L'hotel ha molti punti positivi, come il personale gentile, la buona posizione e la colazione. La camera era carina e pulita, con arredi curati. È davvero un peccato che il problema dell'odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, abbia rovinato l'esperienza complessiva.

Ho trascorso un bella vacanza a Torino grazie alla pulizia trovata in questa struttura. Le camere sono spaziose ed accoglienti, letto per la bambina davvero confortevole e tutto molto pulito dagli armadi al comodino, dal bagno ai pavimenti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Si trova in una posizione otttimale per raggiungere a piedi tutti i principali musei, raccomandatissimo davvero.

A reasonably priced, nicely located (3 minutes from XX Settembre metro) with pleasant staff and a good (€9 extra) breakfast. It’s a clean, basic hotel but run very well. My room was old fashioned (as many are in Italy) but in a nice way! It was spacious and a lovely touch was a welcome bottle of red wine! It but of a walk (25 minute from the centre) but not really a problem. Overall, a highly recommended and pleasant stay!

Avevo letto tantissime recensioni che descrivevano in modo eccellente l’hotel nonostante l’unica stella. In effetti l’hotel Torino Porta Susa ha camere spaziose (noi siamo stati nella tripla in mansarda) ben restaurate, pulitissime, materassi confortevoli, ottimo kit di cortesia. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile h24 Comodissimo ai mezzi, ma comunque ad una distanza di 20 minuti a piedi dal centro inteso come piazza Castello. È vero che le camere sono distribuite su vari piani del palazzo storico, ma l’ascensore è sempre disponibile e comodo. Una stella in questo caso NON ha alcun senso, questo hotel non ha nulla da invidiare ad un tre stelle pieno!

Ho soggiornato, con mio marito e la mia bambina, solamente 1 notte ma posso dire che quando torneremo a Torino l'hotel Porta Susa sarà il nostro punto di riferimento. Camera bellissima, spaziosa e pulitissima, noi in 3 avevamo una quadrupla con balcone che per il prezzo pagato (89€) era veramente ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Stanza con 2 letti singoli, bagno grande, una stanza con matrimoniale, divano, tavolo da 4 persone e piccola cucina con frigorifero. Personale attento, gentile e molto disponibile. Possibilità di raggiungere musei a piedi con una bella passeggiata e servizi a portata di mano. Una struttura veramente consigliata. Non testato il servizio colazione. Altro che 1 stella, ne vale molte di più!

We really appreciated the way this hotel encourages sustainability, by offering a free beverage to the clients every day that they waive room cleaning. This contrasts with most hotels who “green wash” by offering not too change towels or sheets daily but still do.
The staff were all extremely friendly and responsive, for example when we asked for more hangers.

There are obvious changes for the better at this pleasant small hotel. Truly nice and helpful employees. Next time we are in Torino we will stay longer at this hotel.
