Cet établissement est idéalement placé ! Proches des zones piétonnes et des zones de shopping, des principaux monuments historiques. On dépose la voiture au garage et le reste du séjour peut se faire à pieds. Le petit bémol, il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. Le plus proche est à 200m, mais à 2 Euros de l'heure. Il y a un second parking à 30 Euros la journée, mais il est à environ 700m ! Pour les possesseurs de Telepass, il est nécessaire de faire une photo de celui-ci pour le second parking, car il y a un code qui se trouve sur celui-ci qui permet d'ouvrir la porte d'accès au bâtiment. Je ne l'avais pas fait et j'ai dû attendre que quelqu'un vienne pour entrer ! Mais sinon le séjour était une réussite :-)

Hotel anche carino ma terribilmente rumoroso. Sembra ci sia un elicottero sul tetto che gira tutta la notte e la mattina con un rumore fastidiosissimo. Parlandone con altri ospiti la situazione non è migliore nelle camere lato strada a causa del tram che passa nella via. Consigliato ai duri d’orecchio

Hotel in posizione invidiabile se si vuole visitare Torino. Vicinissimo al palazzo REALE E AL MUSEO EGIZIO. Camera arredata bene,e letti comodi. forse un po’ piccola. Peccato per l’insonorizzazione delle camere. Pessima, soprattutto lato strada. Sarebbe il caso di rifare le finestre. Colazione buona, ma più volte abbiamo trovato cucchiaini non lavati bene. Visto anche il prezzo elevato mi aspettavo di più

Ottima struttura che non pur essendo grande, risulta ben organizzata e molto accogliente. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Le camere sono ben arredate, ben pulite e fornite di diversi comfort.l’arredamento è piuttosto moderno ( un bel King size come letto ed un bellissimo televisore). Situata nel centro di Torino a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, è poco distante dalla stazione ferroviaria. La zona dedicata alla colazione è suddivisa in tre spazi che riescono ad offrire una discreta scelta di alimenti, soddisfare le varie esigenze della clientela. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente non vale le 4 stelle! Abbiamo ricevuto in 3 donne adulte una camera con un letto matrimoniale e un divano che hanno trasformato in letto aggiungendo solo la biancheria da letto per la terza persona. Entrambi i letti erano molto rigidi senza neppure un topper per renderli più ospitali e morbidi, la mattina doloretti ovunque! La stanza dava sul corso principale da dove proveniva un gran frastuono grazie anche agli infissi che non chiudevano a dovere. Mancavano le accortezze che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle ossia ciabattine di cortesia, cuffie per la doccia, carta igienica a sufficienza, ecc. ecc. Per fortuna la posizione centrale e una buona colazione ci ha permesso di attutire il colpo.

Posizione ottima, molto centrale, ma nulla di più!! Iniziamo con il check-in, peraltro fatto in serata, dove trovo la camera non rifatta. Letto disfatto e biancheria a terra!! Dopo attesa mi assegnano nuova camera, che a differenza di quanto convenuto in fase di prenotazione, non aveva vista città (ma in una corte interna), non aveva canali satellitari, ma in compenso aveva una ragnatela in un angolo, che li è rimasta per tutto il soggiorno. Finiamo con un early check-out dove ho chiesto box colazione. Hanno avuto difficoltà e mi è toccato chiedere di poter parlare con il sales manager per risolvere, ancorché molto parzialmente, il problema. Scarsa collaborazione da parte del personale alla reception.
