**Stay at the hotel in August 2024. This was our worst trip ever.** **Cons:** - The staff does not speak English. Even when you want to ask if you can add ham to your pizza, they have to call for help because no one understands. - The ”doctor” at the hotel is actually a nurse who doesn’t even have waterproof bandages, but she is very kind and helpful. - The hotel is unsafe. It’s slippery around the pool, in the elevators, and everywhere else because the floors are tiled, and people track water from the pool. - It's dirty everywhere, and there is a constant smell of sewage. - There are never enough sunbeds; they are always taken. People throw their towels on them to reserve them for the whole day, often without even using them for a few minutes. - There is constant loud music by the pool, everyone smokes wherever they want, and they leave trash everywhere. - The food is cold, and the potatoes and chicken are often undercooked. The salad bar is the only thing that is somewhat decent. - Coffee is only instant; you won’t have a real coffee throughout your stay. - Lunch hours are very short (1.5 hours), considering that there are never enough tables, and there are so many people. - Cutlery is almost unavailable, and there’s a shortage of everything. The staff can't keep up with replenishing supplies. Often, you have to eat at dirty tables with leftovers from the previous guests. - Speaking of safety, special caution is needed at the children’s water park! There are sharp and dangerous edges. My daughter tore a piece of skin on her chin and had to get stitches. The nurse at the hotel helped us arrange hospital care, but I wouldn't wish anyone to have their child stitched up in such conditions. - The lady at the hotel shop wasn’t surprised that another accident had occurred at the water park. - The ”water park” is only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. - The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by trash. - The staff and the personnel at the hotel constantly demand tips, which is extremely annoying since they can’t even answer basic questions. - The hotel is full of rude Russian guests. - In the evening, there is a mini disco, but it’s so boring that even the kids didn’t want to stay. - There are no evening activities for adults. However, if you’re lucky enough to have a room with a balcony facing the street, you might catch some performances, like acrobatics, from the hotel across the street. - The drinks are awful, served in the cheapest plastic cups. - This is the first all-inclusive option I've encountered where, late at night when the kids were hungry, there was nothing to eat. Only soup is served throughout the night. - The cost of the trip, considering it was in Turkey during the high season, was quite substantial. We have a basis for comparison since we travel in various forms. - The hotel has nothing to do with 5 stars; in my opinion, it’s less than 3 stars. - You receive only one key card for your room. The
