White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive
4.5/543 Reviews
Weve just arrived back from 8 nights at White City Resorts long journey from airport but was worth it when we arrived greeted by guest relations and offered an upgrade but we didn't feel we needed but no pressure. The room was spacious and clean not a very nice side sea view room view overlooking a wasteland with cars and some shops but we dont spend time in our rooms so didnt bother us. if this is important to you a pool view is nicer. The restaurant beach bar coffee house and Starbucks were all very good. We booked the Alacarte for 2 nights of out stay but were disappointed with the food and service it was very rushed and this was the only thing that let the hotel down. The beach area is immaculate the staff work really hard and are very professional big shout out for Caan who served drinks at the infinity pool. We booked the pirate ship excursion which was amazing. The barbers next to the Spa was really good my husband had a Turkish Shave. We've stayed at lots of places and this is more of a 4**** not really 5 but still a lovely hotel.

Firstly, how anyone can say this hotel is disappointing is craz! We loved our 2 week stay as a family of 11!! 1. Sunbeds - never a problem if your up and down before 8 (we had 11 together everyday) 2. Food - So much to choose from, fresh omelette, pancakes, fruit, yoghurts, salad and much more for breakfast, Lunch is the main restaurant had so much to choose from i couldn't list it all, snack bar is THE BEST , fresh chicken, rice, salad, burgers, nuggets and chips and the most incredible Pizzas made to order!!! Eveing meal was again, plentiful, always something for everyone and lots of our door cooking which is lovely! 3. Staff - i never had any issues with staff around the hotel, the reception, bar, restaurant and pool staff! A smile goes a long way and a thank you! We had a great relationship with the lobby bar staff and had some great nights with them! 4. Animation/Entertainment - OMG - these guys are 100% - all of them , they work so hard and always try to include everyone! THESE GUYS MADE OUR STAY!!! THANK YOU!! 5. Pool Area - very slippery but clean, slides are great for kids and the pool games and water polo are great fun 6. Beach - gorgeous beach, beach bar and fresh fruit is a nice touch - very busy beach but gorgeous! 7. Watersport - The Aquaman is always helpful and did us some great group deals, he isn't pushy and he is great to find out local information 8. Drinks - Typical All Inclusive cocktails and spirits, EFES - could not complain All in all a great holiday - will return in 2026 when we re visit the beautiful Turkey!

Honest review- Food- amazing! They had fry ups everyday for every meal. Omelets, pancakes and waffles for breakfast, grilled fish(so good) grilled chicken and kebabs for lunch and dinner freshly made and a whole lot of other dishes including salads to try. Food was really good. Rooms- smaller than I expected for a family of 4. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable for my 8 year old. But we managed. Kids had a nice time. Could do better with the beds and the curtains as it was really bright in the room. Beds are not very comfy. Pool- was amazing. The slides are great. The beach was right behind the pool which was great. The facilities near the pool and the beach were very good. Staff- very friendly and they go out of the way to help you if you need anything. Turkish bath(massage)- not very great. Not value for the money they charge. I’ve had Turkish massages before so out of experience I felt it wasn’t a great job. Overall we all had an amazing holiday. Thank you Armas!

We first came to this hotel in 2014 or 2015. Compared to that time, it seems like everything is there in terms of food, but most of it is appearance. The quality of the ingredients used in the food is very bad. No one looks at the face of the sausage egg. It's that bad. Especially they prepared a fish table, I said ok, this time I bought every fish that will be good, little by little. Or is it all made with sour? I think the reason they make it sour is to suppress the bad taste. There is kebab on the beach side at noon. It's the only delicious thing. The master tray maker gives it with his salad. As for the food, I did not participate much, but the entertainment side is good. Pools are not very clean. We came already knowing that the sea is bad. Aquapark was so much fun.

Well where should I start … again another nice holiday here. The reviews I’ve read this year did shock me but here’s mine …… Got to the hotel at 1:30 -2:30 (about then ish) Turkish time got to the hotel and was greeted nice. Got in the hotel room there were a couple of issues … mirror broke and sliding doors (screen in the door) broke and air-con broke … guess what I rang reception and we got someone who then checked our room and fixed the air-con but then saw the other issues and changed our room to the next one along and even though there was no sofa we had on delivered to the room in a few days. The staff worked hard and was always polite if you were polite to them. Had our room cleaned 90% of the 2 weeks we were there. Meal times ….. the food WAS NOT English food so don’t expect it, you can get rice ,chicken , chips, pasta every meal for those who don’t like Turkish food. Breakfast was edible too. Eggs ,pancakes , cereal, cheeses, breads, toastie machine, yogurt, honey, jam , chocolate spread. Yes the meals did repeat maybe twice but the food was edible and we enjoyed them. Again if you don’t like Turkish food you will moan. The season was coming to the end but we still had a great time. We did come in to contact with the Turkish herbal life convention (yes they stayed at the hotel) some of them were rude and pushed in which is very annoying as us English like a line , or orderly queue. I did have to point out to one of the herbal life guest that her friend who just pushed in can not take all the cheese for the toastie machine as there were others in the queue before and after me ,wanting to eat a toastie. We heard a few English people moan about how they were going to leave a bad review for not being able to take food from the restaurant out of the restaurant…. But they were the rules and people can see them so be expected to be refused to take it out. Had a Turkish bath and massage which was absolutely amazing and worth the money for 90mins worth of treatment. Trips from hotel were expensive ao we caught the dolmish to alanya (30 lira ) and got 2 trips for the price of one that the hotel was offering so we got picked up from the hotel. The restaurant Picasso…. Had a rep come around and ask if we would like a meal and they would pick us up and take us to the restaurant where we could eat (prices really good for the really nicely cooked food) and then shopping then took back to the hotel what ever time would suit us ( on the hour) . We came here 4 years ago and a few things had changed like the outdoor canopy around the pool which was great and another water slide park added for the little kids. Snack bars … by the pool you could have chips , burgers ( not English tasting ) pizza by the table tennis side of the bar and other bits to nibble on . Again it’s a snack bar not a restaurant so don’t expect what you would in England. All I do say is if your polite with the staff they are with you and if you have a problem be nice about it, they
