It's not worth it. I originally booked a 2-night hotel, but on the first day, there was no hot water in the room. I had to force my parents and 4-year-old child to take a cold shower (it was windy and sandy during the day). I called the front desk to change rooms but to no avail. They said they would ask the engineering department to check, but they never responded and didn't arrange a room change. The breakfast restaurant didn't have air conditioning, and eating breakfast was like being in a sauna! The design is really too bad in front of comfort. It is the worst hotel in Xinjiang during the 10-day trip. I canceled the room immediately the next day and changed to Hilton Hampton.
