"Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Turpan Museum and under half an hour taxi ride from airport, train station and Jiaohe, the hotel was great value w very big room and bed, nice walk-in shower and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either. The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning."

"Exceeded my expectations, thumbs up! 👍 It's been a while since I last stayed at an Ibis, and I was pleasantly surprised that this one not only maintained the brand's usual standards but also managed to improve upon them. 1️⃣ **Hotel Design:** From the lobby to the rooms, the design is cleverly thought out. There are some unique touches that cater to guest needs while maintaining a minimalist business style, and the color scheme is outstanding. 2️⃣ **Staff:** All the staff members are really nice. 3️⃣ **Location:** Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Turpan North Station. It's super convenient to arrange car pickups/drop-offs for tours to the scenic spots. There's a supermarket and restaurants downstairs. Visiting Turpan in the summer means early starts and late returns, so staying at a hotel like this to escape the midday heat is a fantastic idea."

"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"Location is very good, there is a Marrybrown fast food next door, taste is very good, must go try out. Near by got a walking street “journey to the west culture”, there is a time square near by too. Breakfast is simple. Room size is good. Overall with the price, we are happy with it."

"Having stayed at Hampton by Hilton numerous times, the Turpan location was, as always, excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with the Xiyou Night Market just nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was very generous. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"The real newly opened hotel is not the kind of old building that has changed the brand... There is no smell of sewers. Book on the 28th, you can feel the professional courtesy and cultivation of the staff on the phone. Arrived at 10 pm. Upgraded the room, not to mention, the health is quite clean, the decoration details or layout are very exquisite, all people like. There is no rough place... The laundry room is being renovated. The waiter took our heavy coat to other places to wash it and sent it for free. Although the dryer is not very good, the clothes are semi-dry, but it does not affect my praise. Every staff member is dedicated. Directly continue to live for another day. In the prime location, it is very convenient to go out to eat and drink. The hotel is on the street and very angry... The praise rating is very good, I chose it without any bad reviews. I will stay here next time."

"I did extensive research as I was traveling alone with three elderly people and wanted a lively yet safe place to stay. I'd read reviews mentioning poor air conditioning and noise, which made me hesitate between this hotel and another for quite a while. However, upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It featured a balcony with a grape arbor, which the elderly absolutely adored, calling it the most pleasant room. It was great! I didn't encounter any of the problems others had mentioned."

"A hotel booking that exceeded my expectations. I came to Turpan with my friends and finally chose the GreenTree Inn here. I usually rarely comment on hotels, but this time I want to comment on this hotel from four aspects: service, hygiene, facilities and environment. Regarding the service, I want to mention the girl with glasses at the front desk. The service was excellent. One word is good, two words are very good, three words are excellent, and four words are very good. It made me feel like a guest at home. Secondly, in terms of hygiene, the hotel’s details and hygiene are in place, and the bedding is changed very cleanly. I usually hate hair on the sheets in hotels, but after my careful observation, this hotel did not have any hair, which made me very satisfied. I am also very satisfied with the hotel’s facilities. "I booked this hotel from Urumqi to Turpan simply because it offered a shuttle service, but I was surprised to find that the train pick-up was a Mercedes-Benz, a pleasant surprise. The overall experience was excellent. The hotel looks grand from the outside, the lobby is simple yet luxurious, the rooms are spacious, and the Xiaodu service is lovely. It's a great value hotel. Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Like it 👍🏻"
