BBengbengdetudouThis was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room. Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels. This hotel offers 5 free washer/dryer for guests...

TTravellerBobWe spent two nights at the hotel and everything was very good. The rooms were clean and smart with even a smart toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom was really good 👍 The breakfast buffet had a good selection of Chinese breakfast items. Location wise, its quite central with a big supermarket downstairs and walking distance to the main street of Turpan. Taxi is needed to reach the main sites. Would definitely return here.

GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean. Breakfast was served in a halal canteen, which was clean and hygienic. Parking is in a separate courtyard, and the hotel is easy to find, right on the road, making it convenient to enter. The service was excellent, especially the manager, who knew we were visiting the neighboring military base for a nostalgic visit and even found a way to contact the military property manager to take my father to visit the former barracks.
