This stay experience is perfect! The moment you open the door, a fresh breath hits you in the face. The marble floor is as smooth as a mirror, the bedding is smooth as new, and even the decorative ornaments in the corners are spotless. Every detail shows the hotel's professionalism and care. The parking lot is well planned and the signs are clear, so you can easily find a space even if it is your first visit. Free parking tickets are also provided when you leave. The biggest surprise was the breakfast session, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, the freshly cooked noodle soup was fresh and rich, the freshly baked bread was soft and sweet, and the freshly ground coffee was fragrant. You could feel the chef's superb cooking skills in every bite. From the environment to the service, it's impeccable. Next time I come here on a business trip, this hotel will definitely be my best choice!

This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!

The hotel's newly replaced carpet gives people a brand new feeling and is very comfortable. The front desk service is as warm, thoughtful and professional as always. My friends and I like living here very much. The hotel also has a free laundry room and gym. It is worth staying for friends who are on business trips. The hotel is located in the center of the county town, which is very convenient for travel.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. It is in a useful location where it's very easy to get taxis to Turpan's main sites. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The lifts are slow and a bit outdated and the carpets and aircon on our floor (5th) weren't as clean or worked as well as we felt in other floors. The fact that it has a free laundry room for guests is very convenient and the breakfast was good enough. We found our room comfortable and we would happily stay here again if we visit Turpan in the future.

This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

Traveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool. There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram.

The hotel is located within the Folk Culture Park scenic area, and access is by room key. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was too simple; although the grapes weren't ripe yet, apricots, watermelons, and cantaloupes were already in season. As a fruit-producing region and a hotel under the Xinjiang Culture and Tourism Bureau, it should offer more distinctive and appealing breakfasts to attract tourists. The parking lot is large, and there were many tourists, especially in the hot weather; it would be advisable to provide more drinking water in the rooms.

Staying at this hotel during my trip to Turpan was a fantastic experience overall; both the facilities and service are highly commendable. The hotel boasts a charming retro design throughout, with the lobby ingeniously combining a coffee shop and an art gallery. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a subtle coffee aroma, creating a wonderful ambiance. Guest rooms are located on the 7th floor and above, offering spacious and tidy accommodations. Housekeeping is meticulous, and all rooms feature a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, stable hot water pressure, soft bedding, excellent blackout curtains, and effective soundproofing – perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Rooms are well-equipped with high-speed WiFi, a desk, and complimentary drinking water, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including free parking, EV charging stations, a self-service laundry room, and a gym, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. While the shared public lobby downstairs occasionally sees tour group traffic, the guest room areas remain quiet and undisturbed. Taxis and private cars are easily accessible right outside, and there are plenty of supermarkets and casual dining options nearby for daily needs. The front desk staff are consistently warm and polite, making check-in efficient. They proactively offer local sightseeing and dining recommendations and respond promptly to any requests. Breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing local flavors with standard options, and the taste is decent enough to satisfy everyday needs. Considering its location, facilities, and thoughtful service, this hotel is a highly cost-effective choice for a trip to Turpan. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Hygiene: Very clean. The sheets, duvet covers, pillows, sofa, and tables were all carefully cleaned and maintained. Service: The front desk staff and other hotel staff were very welcoming. We made some requests during check-in, and they patiently worked to find solutions for us, ultimately achieving our goals happily. The hotel even thoughtfully provided us with a fruit platter. Transportation: This is located in the city center, with many night markets nearby, including the Xiyou Night Market downstairs. There were plenty of things to eat and shop for, which was quite nice. Aside from the hot weather, walking around the night markets made us sweat a lot, but everything else was great. There was a Xinjiang Girl dried fruit stall where the prices were cheaper than in Urumqi, and the quality was good. Facilities were complete.

The decoration style is unique, the room is clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable, in addition to tea bags, there are red dates and raisins to soak in water, and any needs can be solved in time. The floor attendants and the front desk are very polite and welcoming. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is recommended to stay in a hotel.
