4-Star Hotels in Turpan

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my two-week business trip in Xinjiang. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The breakfast, in particular, was abundant and delicious. The cleanliness, facilities, and service attitude absolutely blow away hotels like Hanting Premium and Home Inn. It's Hilton quality at a budget hotel price – the value for money is incredible! Plus, you can even rent traditional ethnic clothing for a free photoshoot. I was so impressed, I just had to write a separate post about it on Xiaohongshu!

Very satisfied with the room and the service was excellent. The hotel environment is great, and it's very convenient for getting around. There are beautiful sights all around, with complete amenities and lots of delicious food. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit.

Overall, it was a very good experience, and the service was warm and attentive. The only downside was that the washing machine automatically added detergent and disinfectant, but the clothes didn't smell like the detergent; they came out like they'd only been washed with water. I stayed at this hotel in late April and late May, and the experience was the same each time. I wonder if they didn't add the detergent and disinfectant in time. The coffee was quite good, fragrant and rich.

Traveling through Gansu and Xinjiang this time, I've noticed that hotels serving breakfast until 11 AM truly show their dedication. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and they have an underground parking garage, which is great for escaping the wind and sand while staying cool. There are many restaurants and BBQ places downstairs. Across the street is an artificial lake, perfect for a morning run. If you head south from there, you'll reach grape trellises where locals sell fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought some 'Xiaobai' apricots, which were incredibly sweet and only eight yuan per kilogram.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

This is a must-stay hotel for the whole family! Convenient transportation, super cool underground parking garage, and the hotel front desk staff are incredibly attentive. The receptionist upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary breakfast! Hahahaha!!! Awesome!!!

Rooms are well-equipped with high-speed WiFi, a desk, and complimentary drinking water, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including free parking, EV charging stations, a self-service laundry room, and a gym, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. While the shared public lobby downstairs occasionally sees tour group traffic, the guest room areas remain quiet and undisturbed. Taxis and private cars are easily accessible right outside, and there are plenty of supermarkets and casual dining options nearby for daily needs. The front desk staff are consistently warm and polite, making check-in efficient. They proactively offer local sightseeing and dining recommendations and respond promptly to any requests. Breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing local flavors with standard options, and the taste is decent enough to satisfy everyday needs. Considering its location, facilities, and thoughtful service, this hotel is a highly cost-effective choice for a trip to Turpan. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

I was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

Very good, the hotel breakfast is also OK, which should be considered very good in the local area. I am not used to Xinjiang rice, but I ate a full stomach. There is a food street outside. It is a national custom that many people are not allowed to drink alcohol. I packed it back to the hotel and ate it while it was still hot.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
