The hotel lobby is spacious. It feels quiet. I don’t remember any distinct fragrance in the lobby. Check in was prompt. The lady and man at check in were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Laundry and breakfast available on 2nd floor. Breakfast for the 2 days was great. The hotel is in a very convenient area with plenty of food and shops.

Facilities: Very beautiful and exotic, with two swimming pools of different sizes nearby, as well as convenience stores, cafes, photo studios, and massage parlors. It's one of the most convenient and bustling areas in the Turpan scenic area. Cleanliness: Very clean; the pool water is changed very frequently, and the pool is cleaned regularly. Environment: Exceptionally beautiful; the most beautiful building in the center of the park. Service: Very attentive.

The hotel has a view of the desert from the room. Remember to ask for a room on the 8th or 9th floor. The hotel is located in the south of the new city and is very close to the Desert Park. All aspects are good and parking is also convenient.

The room was great, nice environment, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The whole room was smart-controlled, and the airport transfer service was excellent! Big shout-out to the driver! Just a small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there was a laundry bag in the room. Overall, I had a fantastic stay!

Stayed at Ruoshui Hotel and had a great experience! The location is very convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can travel without worries. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. It allows people to rest at ease. The facilities are complete. All kinds of daily necessities are available. The service is excellent. The staff are warm and thoughtful and any problems can be solved in a timely manner. The price/performance ratio is also very high. The price is reasonable and it is definitely worth the money. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including free parking, EV charging stations, a self-service laundry room, and a gym, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. While the shared public lobby downstairs occasionally sees tour group traffic, the guest room areas remain quiet and undisturbed. Taxis and private cars are easily accessible right outside, and there are plenty of supermarkets and casual dining options nearby for daily needs. The front desk staff are consistently warm and polite, making check-in efficient. They proactively offer local sightseeing and dining recommendations and respond promptly to any requests. I was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

Wanzhou Loulan Hotel is located in the center of the county. The hotel is of high quality, with all the facilities and services in place. The hotel business is very popular, and it is difficult to find a parking space, but it can be accommodated after all. To the south of the hotel is Loulan Ancient Street, where you can eat some local flavors.

When checking in at around 6pm, I felt that the hotel's location and decoration were good. I wanted to book a big bed casually, but I was told that the waiter had gone off duty. No one cleaned the rooms that were left on the upper floors that day, so I could choose a lower floor room. After learning about it, I found that the suites were high-rise and had views, so I immediately booked a suite. As a result, I don't know if I was too easy to talk to when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, I asked us to wait for half an hour because there was a little yellow stain of coffee on the small square towel. The waiter soaked it in 84 disinfectant for dozens of minutes. If it can be washed clean, we don't have to pay for it. Otherwise, we have to compensate the hotel for 40 yuan. I felt speechless immediately. Which hotel's small square towel is not used to wipe the table and tea stains? Do guests have to wait for the waiter to see if the blood stains can be washed clean before leaving when they crush mosquitoes to death while sleeping, otherwise they have to compensate for the bedding. After staying in hotels for so many years, I have encountered such a weird practice. Do you think that guests don't care when they check in, so they want to earn tips for some reasons? It's unreasonable and incomprehensible. I personally feel that I am already a civilized customer, that is, I didn't damage the items in the room, and I didn't take away any extra things, but I feel insulted by being made difficult for this reason. Although the manager dealt with it later and refused to pay compensation, I personally think this is a matter of principle. Your hotel has serious management problems. Please ask the hotel management to pay attention to this. There are many hotels nowadays. Are you sure you can bully tourists who have come from afar like this?

Very good, the hotel breakfast is also OK, which should be considered very good in the local area. I am not used to Xinjiang rice, but I ate a full stomach. There is a food street outside. It is a national custom that many people are not allowed to drink alcohol. I packed it back to the hotel and ate it while it was still hot.
