Very nice! There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby to eat and buy stuff. It is also reasonably close to the 吐鲁番北station. Aircon is impressive, able to keep the room cold enough even though it's quite hot outside. Room is spacious enough, and comes equipped with an AI assistant that responds to ”小度，小度” - this is honestly the first time I've encountered this and it was quite innovative. Service staff are friendly and responsive, and provided for all my requests. Overall was a very good experience that greatly exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic! The hotel is very large and quite new. The room size is standard, and we got a free upgrade. The parking lot is on the B1 level with plenty of spaces, and parking is free—though there are no EV charging stations. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the 13th-floor restaurant offers a great view. I accidentally left my power bank at the hotel while already on my way to the airport, but the receptionist kindly helped mail it to me. The service was wonderful, and the price is very reasonable—great value for money!

This is my second time staying at Meilun, and this experience was quite bad. Of course, the hotel facilities and environment are good, but the management and service are poor. Firstly, before checking in, I noted on Trip.com that I wanted a high floor. The room type I booked was on floors 3 to 8, but I was assigned to the 4th floor, and they even explained it as an upgraded room type. Secondly, I wanted to watch TV at night, but the TV was broken. The security guard spent a long time trying to fix it, but couldn't. I asked the security guard to tell the front desk that it couldn't be repaired, and the front desk didn't even offer a solution, like moving to another room or anything. Thirdly, I came to Turpan this time for sand therapy. I used the hotel's bath towel to wipe the sand off my body, and it got sand all over the towel. After leaving the hotel, the front desk immediately demanded compensation. Of course, if it met the compensation standard, it would be my fault and I would have to pay. However, I also want to know what the standard for 'dirty' is. Is it really impossible to wash out? Also, when the hotel has a problem, they don't solve it immediately, but when a guest has a problem, they immediately ask the guest to solve it. Fourthly, thank you for the complimentary breakfast. I originally intended to give a good review, and indeed, the hotel's environment and facilities are quite good. However, when asking for a good review after guests check out, I hope your hotel first asks guests if they were satisfied and comfortable with their stay. Don't just simply ask for good reviews. As soon as I left the hotel and got on the highway, one front desk staff member asked for compensation, and another asked for a good review. Finally, I am also in the service industry and deeply understand its difficulties. I say all this in the hope that during the peak tourist season, the hotel not only raises prices, but also improves its service and management level along with the high premium, so that every good review comes from the heart of the guest.

Took my family to Turpan for a summer vacation. Initially, I booked a family room, but when the front desk saw that there were many of us, they proactively upgraded us to two standard rooms for free. It was such a warm gesture and I was deeply touched ❤️. The hotel just opened, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is abundant. The location is also excellent, very close to all the nearby scenic spots. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

I spent one night at this hotel, and the experience of sleeping in a barrel was a great change of pace! The room was very well-equipped, offered many amenities, and the bed was comfortably cozy. The entire hotel grounds are vast and beautifully landscaped, perfect for leisurely strolls. Regarding the location: The hotel is rather secluded. Nothing is within walking distance, so a car is essential. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the North Railway Station and about 25 minutes to the Ancient City of Jiaohe. The city of Turpan is about a 30-minute drive away. Service & Food: Almost all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, one employee was quite unfriendly, but this didn't detract from the otherwise positive impression of the hotel. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection. The small shop where you can buy souvenirs is a convenient feature. Note: The pools were unfortunately already closed in mid-October.

Housekeeping is meticulous, and all rooms feature a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, stable hot water pressure, soft bedding, excellent blackout curtains, and effective soundproofing – perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Rooms are well-equipped with high-speed WiFi, a desk, and complimentary drinking water, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including free parking, EV charging stations, a self-service laundry room, and a gym, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. While the shared public lobby downstairs occasionally sees tour group traffic, the guest room areas remain quiet and undisturbed. Taxis and private cars are easily accessible right outside, and there are plenty of supermarkets and casual dining options nearby for daily needs. The front desk staff are consistently warm and polite, making check-in efficient. They proactively offer local sightseeing and dining recommendations and respond promptly to any requests. Breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing local flavors with standard options, and the taste is decent enough to satisfy everyday needs. Considering its location, facilities, and thoughtful service, this hotel is a highly cost-effective choice for a trip to Turpan. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Our overall stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, the service was attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The room cleaning was exceptionally thorough, every corner was spotless. The room was well-ventilated, with no stuffy smell, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and plenty of options for dining and shopping. It’s suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

The facilities are quite large, and the breakfast area looks upscale, though the food is just average. The space is very spacious, the decor is excellent, with large pillars and carvings of Hami scenic spots. Replenishment is prompt, and the chef is constantly checking for any shortages – very dedicated. However, the bathroom vanity wasn't very clean, leaving some marks. The family room toilet had a sign saying ”Poop,” but we had to push it further in because it was too cramped. Everything else was fine; all facilities were functioning properly, and the central air conditioning worked well.

I was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
