Environment: We upgraded the family room for free to a princess room. The children at home were too happy. They were playing with sand and wanted to stay in the princess room.

BBengbengdetudouThis was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!

WwinweingThe service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring.
All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!

GGuest UserIt was my first time in Shanshan County. The hotel was conveniently located. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room service was friendly and proactive, and they greeted me and asked if I needed any help. The room was clean and tidy, with no odor. It's the off-season for tourism in Xinjiang, and the room price was affordable, but the hotel service was not downgraded. There was also a thoughtful pick-up service. The restaurant next door was delicious: No. 6 Noodles. I recommend staying here for a longer stay.

Compared with hotels of the same level, this hotel is more affordable and has better details. **_____*It can be challenging to find a hotel that accommodates foreign guests, so I was fortunate to book this one at such an affordable price. The location is excellent, the host was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotlessly clean. Parking was also hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean. Breakfast was served in a halal canteen, which was clean and hygienic. Parking is in a separate courtyard, and the hotel is easy to find, right on the road, making it convenient to enter. The service was excellent, especially the manager, who knew we were visiting the neighboring military base for a nostalgic visit and even found a way to contact the military property manager to take my father to visit the former barracks.
