This place is disgusting. As we were walking down the hall to our room, we were horrified. There was trash all down the hall and the floors were gross. The room floors were so dirty my husband's feet were black after walking on them for a few minutes. I refused and wore shoes the entire time. The sheets seemed clean but the comforter was covered in stains. The bathroom was dirty. I refused to put any if my stuff in it. The only reason we stayed was because we were exhausted and had already paid. Bed was ok but I slept fully dressed. The girl at registration was nice but that is the only good thing I can say about this place. Do not stay here!

We stopped for a night on our way to New Orleans. It wasn’t BAD…the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, but it definitely needs improvement. The floors are not carpet in the rooms. They’re some sort of vinyl planks and they weren’t really clean. I’m sure it’s impossible to keep everything off of them but you had to dust your feet off every time you climbed in the bed. There is NO ELEVATOR, which is awful when you have a bad back and large luggage. Carpet in hallways was stained. One of our towels was stained. Luckily we had three. Breakfast was minimal. Waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal or oatmeal. Nothing special. The price was decent for overnight, but I doubt we would stay again.

My room was decent but my jewelry came up missing, I’ve called and complained with no response. My watch, necklace, and bracelet all gone upon leaving Sunday morning. Went Saturday came back and things were gone. I keep calling and no response.

This was the worst Hotel ever! We were passing through and wanted a nice shower and some sleep. Well we were completely wrong. The room was disgusting. The carpet was filthy and sticky. There was no shower curtain or coffee pot. The room stunk like bug spray. Could not even relax. Couldn’t leave fast enough. This was completely horrible and would like a refund.

Had an allergic reaction to the roaches and dust mites. The uncleanliness was over the top. The refrigerator was moldy. The front desk staff was supportive In getting assistance for my medical need. Staff was attentive and caring. I understand the hotel is going to be remodeled, I wish them the best.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was very pleasant and accommodating. When we entered the room, it smelled musty. The bathroom floor was not very clean. We decided to stay because we were exhausted from a long drive and other hotels in the area were full.
