Im Januar 2022 habe ich über eine Buchungs-Plattform diese Unterkunft für Februar 2022 gebucht: 2 Doppelzimmer - 2 Nächte. Ich hatte 12 Stunden lang die Möglichkeit, diese Buchung auf der Plattform wieder zu stornieren. Ich kontaktierte das Hotel persönlich, um ihnen die Möglichkeit zu geben, die Buchung direkt mit mir abzuwickeln. Ich bekam ein gutes Angebot per e-mail, akzeptierte das Angebot und bat um schriftliche Bestätigung der Zimmerreservierung, um die Stornierung auf der Plattform noch rechtzeitig vornehmen zu können. Telefonisch wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Bestätigung erst am nächsten Morgen möglich sei. In meinem guten Glauben an die österreichische Gastfreundschaft stornierte ich die Zimmer. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nun anderweitig vergeben wurden! Eine bodenlose Frechheit wie ich finde! So etwas habe ich echt noch nie erlebt! Gelernt habe ich daraus! Schämt Euch Hotel-Garni Jagdhof!
