Served its purpose, room was quiet, clean and had suitable amenities. The vibe of the hotel was good and was close to public transport links. Service was lacking when it came to moving bags in and out of the room, it goes a long way for someone’s experience when a staff member offers to carry or help with one’s bags especially when there is a few of them to carry or even having a luggage porter/trolley on site so one doesn’t have to make multiple trips up and down from the room. Other than that it was a good experience.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and offered a special welcome drink upon arrival (you can choose gin-free drinks). There are several food options for lunch and dinner in the lobby restaurant area, including green curry chicken rice and Italian lasagna, which are delicious😋. The lobby is decorated with a youthful and leisurely theme. The space is spacious and there are leisure facilities including American table tennis, table tennis tables, stacks, etc. There is a gym where you can exercise and regain your energy. You can also eat takeaway food in the restaurant area👍🏻The room cleaning staff are diligent and efficient, and the cleaning is very clean. I like it. The room is 24 square meters and feels spacious.

Very noisy. Too bad nothing could be done about it. Further far from metro. An Uber is a must. Friendly staff.

I recently stayed at the Moxy Hotel in London and found it to be a standard experience overall. The rooms were typical and there were a few aspects that stood out to me. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel does not accept cash, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Additionally, there was a lack of assistance with luggage, which was unexpected. However, if you're looking for a no-frills accommodation with a convenient location, the Moxy Hotel could still meet your needs.

Comfortable room, under 10min drive to Heathrow T5. We arrived late evening and checked in quickly. Tesco Metro next door which is handy. Was ideal for us as we had an early flight the next morning.
