I real loved your service, your room was big and clean with open space and even your breakfast is amazing.mu family enjoyed everything about sherwoods County hotel but the only complain l have is your traveling way to the guest houses and the parking of cars it's not in good condition

Set atop a beautiful Ridge looking over avocado plantations into a beautiful valley, Sherwood's Guest Lodge is a generously laid out Guest lodge with various room options and a spectacular garden with magnificent trees. The views are awesome! Breakfasts are a treat and dinners by arrangement are always very good. Derek & Danielle are fantastic hosts and the staff are friendly and helpful. Sherwood's is a home from home whenever I am in the Tzaneen area.

Wonderful place and great people. The staff were very accommodating to our early morning breakfast needs and always so willing to assist. Thank you. I will most definitely return to Sherwoods Country House.

The place is comfortable, linen clean, not a single noise only nature and birds, rooms clean and big and smelling fresh, room service perfect, very friendly staff and willing to help all the time, breakfast perfectly prepared, all in all it was good.

It was a excellent experience. The room was well appointed and clean. The environment with gardens are well looked after and made it a pleasant stroll. The dinner was well prepared and very nice, same was the next morning at breakfast. The waiter did a good job and, although not intruding helpful and quick. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

The food was small , tastes horrible and the swimming pool was dirty , we didn’t enjoy our stay. The don’t put enough bathing soap and lotion. However I enjoyed the spa treatment with Nadia, it was perfect.

When you do talk to this people they are friendly. But be warned, if you approach the reception area, people will run away. There is absolutely no wifi. No english breakfast (just miniature spicy sausages and an jelly egg, oh and yes ask them to defrost the bacon the night before). It must be the weirdest place I stayed at in my entire adulthood. At least the other guests shared the disappointment and this craziness was a great conversation starter. I would also not recommend this to lady travellers.

I only had one night stay at Sherwoods but would love to go back for longer. The staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. Sam and Gerry were always willing to lend a hand. We had a family room which was large and also had a very large bathroom attached. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, berries and honey. I would definitely recommend Sherwoods to all my friends.
