"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."

"The area around the cabins is beautiful an well maintained. Unfortunately the same cannot be said about the cabin. The ligtswitch came out of the wall, the bathroom door didn't close, the basin in bathroom-so small it felt like you almost can't wash your hands properly and Unfortunately the list goes on. Staff was friendly but one met us on the last day at reception and didn't even have any shoes in. Felt like we paid too much for what we got. "

"I was extremely disappointed with the reception I received. When I arrived, the man at reception did not greet me with a smile or even a friendly manner. He bearly glanced at me, gave me a paper to complete my details, and ignored me from there. The lady showed me my room and gave me n slip with the Wi-Fi password. They did not provide any details about breakfast or if and where it is available, even though you pay for bed and breakfast. The room, even though beautiful, only had a ceiling fan in the seating area and nothing near the bed, and it was extremely hot. No windows to open, only a door leading to the veranda. I will not stay there again"

"friendliness of the staff is superb, cleanliness- is great. the rooms are just fine, however they need an upgrade or new decorations. the WIFI connection is very horrible. the TVs are bad, I couldn't watch my favorite show because I couldn't change the channel, increase the volume the remote was not working. I tried changing on the tv with no luck, the quality of the pictures on the tv was very terrible I felt like I was watching on the old version(90s) kind of TVs "

"They tell you internet is a repeater, but in reality, it is only a box plugged into the wall. If you do not stay at no. 4 or no 2 then no 3 will have no internet at all. Internet is a huge problem if you still need to work. The linen seems to not be changed unless dirty, so you might land up with the previous visitors linen. "
