宇部新川の駅周辺はビジネスホテルが多いので、徒歩5分ほどでも、少し駅から離れた印象はあったが、コンビニも近くにあり、ホテルは静かな場所に立地しており、宿泊する上で不便はなかった。また朝食のお茶漬けが美味しかった。
あと、連泊する上では、2階にフロントがあるが、2階で部屋のカードを預ける必要もなく、1階まで直接エレベーターで降りることが出来るので、翌日の待ち合わせにおいてもバタバタすることもなくスムーズに1階と部屋をアクセスできるので、今度また宇部新川に来る機会があれば、利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

2年続けての利用です。去年同様清潔感があり安心して過ごせました。 三回忌を終えて一度お部屋に戻りました。丁度清掃係の方がお掃除中だったので 申し訳なかったです。が、大変感じ良く接して頂きありがとうございました。 隣の娘の部屋は、掃除をお願いする札を出し忘れていましたが心良く清掃をして頂き有り難かったです。ベッドには孫のぬいぐるみ達が並べてありホッコリしました！ 横浜方面から来ているのですが遠い場所で 疲れも癒されました、感謝しております。また是非利用したいです。

部屋はUSBポートもあるしビジネスホテルとしてはお値段なりに揃ってます。ドライヤー含め。近くにコンビニあるので持込すれば破綻ないかな。 ただ朝食は出来合いのものを並べただけで微妙。コンビニの方がよかったです

仕事の関係で、一週間ほど滞在しました。朝ごはんのおかずがもう少しあると嬉しかったです。晩御飯は食べなかったのですが、次回は食べてみたいと思います。部屋が綺麗で良かったです。空調がややきつい（寒かった）、調整がむずかしかったので、ちょと体調が悪くなってしまいました。。。ただ、次回も仕事で行く予定ですので、利用はしたいと思ってます。スタッフの方々も優しい方が多かったので、気持ちよく仕事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

ホテルはとてもわかりやすい場所にあり、迷わず行けました。お部屋は清潔感があり、お布団はふかふか。部屋に入るとすぐに気持ち良くてうたた寝しました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。歩いて行ける距離に駅や飲食店、コンビニがあり、とても便利な場所です。チェックアウトも１１時までなので朝はゆっくりすることが出来ました。山口に来たらまた泊まってみたいです。初めての1人旅、とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

フロントの方の対応がとても親切丁寧でした。 室内のスリッパがとてもチープな事と、お風呂のカーテンがカビ臭かった事以外は、特に気になる点は無かったです。年末年始の宿泊にも関わらず、フロントの方の接客態度がとても親切丁寧で良かったです。年始のため、ホテル周りの飲食店が営業しているかはわかりませんでしたが、ホテルから徒歩2〜3分のところにコンビニもあり、特別不便は感じませんでした。コスパ重視の方にはオススメだと思います。

宿泊した部屋はシングルでしたが、平均的な広さです。無料Wi-Fi、テレビ、冷蔵庫やドライヤー、必要な設備もコンパクトに揃っています。室内の清掃は行き届いており、とても気持ち良く宿泊できました。 お風呂はユニットバス（大柄な私でも広めでした）で、大浴場等はありません。シャンプー、リンス、ハンドソープも常備ですが、歯ブラシ、寝衣等はフロントで、必要な物を持って行く方式となっています。 駐車場は、台数限定となっており早い者勝ちのため、ご利用の方は宿泊予約の際、駐車場の予約も忘れずに。 ホテルでの朝食サービス（有料）もあります。（宿泊プランにもよりますが、ほとんどの場合、別途申し込みが必要） 値段もリーズナブルで、また、機会があれば、宿泊したいと思います。
