"After a long journey from Hiroshima city to this hotel, I found the main parking lot already full. I checked the map on the signs for the second and third parking lots and went to the reception to check in. There were two employees at the reception, one male and one female. The woman was assisting other guests, so I asked the man to check me in, but his service was absolutely terrible. He was completely expressionless, and since I had booked three rooms that day, he asked me to write the name of the representative for each room. I did as instructed, but afterwards he said that I needed to write everyone's names as well. He didn't explain anything about the hotel stay. When he asked how I would like to pay, I said I had already paid by credit card, to which he replied that it was for parking. If that's the case, he should have stated from the beginning that it was about the parking fee. There was no information about breakfast the next day, the public bath, or check-out. I thought maybe that was just the kind of hotel it was, but then I noticed the female employee next to him was explaining things to other guests politely, so I couldn't help but wonder why they didn't treat me the same way. It was a very unpleasant experience. I don't think I'll be staying here again. The price was cheap and the breakfast was really delicious, so it was a shame."

"I chose this hotel because it included breakfast and access to the large public bath. The breakfast didn't offer a huge selection, but it had everything I needed and was delicious. There were also some New Year's dishes. The public bath was smaller than I expected. I was concerned that the drain was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain properly. The front desk staff were very helpful. The free parking lot had plenty of space, which was great. There were many restaurants nearby, including sushi and shabu-shabu restaurants, mostly chain restaurants, so finding food wasn't a problem."

"Overall it's OK, clean and reasonably priced. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It's close to the station. There are buses to Ubegawa and Yamaguchi Prefecture, but be sure to check the time because there are fewer buses. If you miss it, you'll have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubegawa Station is not far away. It's about a 1.8km walk to where there are buses to Shimonoseki."

"I heard good things from a colleague who stayed at another R9 branch, so I chose this hotel for my business trip to Ube. Being able to park right in front of my room was incredibly convenient for unloading luggage and heading out for work. Since it's a container hotel, each room is separate from the next, so I didn't have to worry about noise from neighboring rooms and it was very comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, the complimentary snacks were delicious and a real lifesaver! This R9 Ube location is fantastic for its convenience; within a 10-minute drive, you can reach convenience stores, supermarkets, general stores, drugstores, and various restaurants. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ube."
