"Compared to other hotels in the area, it was very clean, close to the station, and there were pubs nearby, so I had a great time.
The front desk staff was very thorough in explaining things to me, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious, so I was satisfied with my stay!"
"I stayed five years ago, but there was a hot spring, and there were many free menu of Japanese and Western food in the morning.
This time the bed mat fit was good and the bed was very comfortable."
"Overall, it is OK. Clean and hygienic. The price is not expensive. There are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. It is close to the station. There are cars in the direction of Ubuchuan and Yamaguchi Prefecture. But you must be optimistic about the time. The trains are less. If you miss it, you have to wait a long time. Of course, Ubuchuan Station is not far away. About 1.8km there is Go to the car."
"There are many business hotels around Ube Shinkawa Station, so even though it was only a 5-minute walk, it felt a little far from the station. However, there was a convenience store nearby and the hotel was in a quiet location, so it was not an inconvenient place to stay. The ochazuke breakfast was also delicious.
Also, if you are staying multiple nights, the front desk is on the second floor, but you don't need to leave your room card there, and you can take the elevator directly to the first floor, so you can easily access the first floor and your room without having to rush around when meeting someone the next day. If I have the opportunity to come to Ube Shinkawa again, I would like to use this hotel."
"I heard good things from a colleague who stayed at another R9 branch, so I chose this hotel for my business trip to Ube.
Being able to park right in front of my room was incredibly convenient for unloading luggage and heading out for work. Since it's a container hotel, each room is separate from the next, so I didn't have to worry about noise from neighboring rooms and it was very comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
Plus, the complimentary snacks were delicious and a real lifesaver! This R9 Ube location is fantastic for its convenience; within a 10-minute drive, you can reach convenience stores, supermarkets, general stores, drugstores, and various restaurants.
I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ube."
"Ubu International Hotel is an old hotel, just near Ubu Shinagawa Station, within 10 minutes walk. Good service, breakfast is similar to Japanese business hotels, the price is OK."
"Very warm and cozy place. It's great it's near the ube station. Love the villagers, they will help you around but at some point, I feel bad with my broken language. For my first time in Japan. This place is so great and they make good breakfast. I really love it."
"The building feels old, but the room was cleaner than I imagined.
The station, convenience stores and restaurants were also convenient nearby, and I felt that I could stay."
"The location is very, very good, in the city center, very close to the bus station, JR Ube Station, it is too convenient for business travelers. I live in a Japanese-style 12 tatami, the hotel room is very large, the health is very good, the service is very good, it is recommended."
