Quarto família muito espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Água quente no chuveiro e torneira mesmo a noite e de manhãzinha. Cobertas quentes. Atendimento cordial. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ótima localização pois tem loja de tudo por perto. O hotel não tem a mesa de totó como mostrado na foto, mas demais fotos são reais.

The food must be requested by the Whatsapp of the Hotel to be consumed in the room ... the beers, only in the lat, as well as the refrigerators and in self-service in the reception freezer ... We sit in a table near the pool where they were toiles to protect us from rain ... Surprise we had was when the hotel official started to rain was to remove the toile, leaving us in the rain, under the claim that the toiles could be broken with rain and wind ... absurd!!! Never again ... Evite this hotel in Uberland ...

Hi, on Friday, March 18, I called the hotel and asked if they had room available for the period from 21 to 26 March. The attendant (which I really don't remember the name) said he had, but only with two single beds, I said he had no problem, he passed the price and asked me to make the reservation. I even asked if he wanted a card number and he said the booking would be paid on check-in, he asked my email and he said he would send a confirmation email. Today, Sunday, March 20, ahead of the trip (tomorrow morning at 6 a.m.), I had not yet received the confirmation email. I called the hotel and after 35 minutes, just 35 minutes waiting, I was attended by José. José told you that the hotel is available between 21 and 22 and 24 and 25, i.e., on the day between 23 and 24, you would not have any place to stay. Joseph said, calmly, that he could not help me (nothing to do), so Joseph asked me to make the reservation of those days by email. I said he would have to make the reservation at that time and I would wait for the confirmation email. Joseph once again informed that I would have to send an email. I explained that I would not have the least confidence that my reservation would be made, analysing all the history of the events. I still have no accommodation and the hotel has not solved his very serious mistake, just worsening the situation.

Quartos padrão Ibis, mas tudo funciona bem. O atendimento é muito bom, com staff prestativo e solícito. Café da manhã muito variado e com itens de qualidade. Destaque para as broinhas e o pão de queijo que são imperdiveis. A localização é boa.

The location is biased, eating and shopping are not convenient, only can live on the first floor, I don't know what the rules are.

The hotel is very good and well-conserved, but a little away from the center for anyone who wishes to go near the center, but the location is very easy and close to BR 050. Well-structured rooms and good service. There is a very good breakfast.
