Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and spacious. We love the dinner set, and the variety of the breakfast buffet is not bad either. We did enjoy our stay in this hotel very much.

It's about a 10-minute drive from Aso Station. You can take a bus there. It feels good to go to the hot spring first.

Hotel staff are nice, even though they are not familiar with English but they tried their to explain everything in details! Room are clean and actually quite spacious for three people!
