Clean newer property. We had a junior suite. Bathroom was a little small. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and room was spacious and very clean . The restaurants were very nice. Sometimes the orders did not come back as ordered.

Ambience is good breakfast is good but there should be some grace period room service is good your staff(Tanisha) very helpful and educated properly security is good restaurants is good if food parcel is coming their should be security to reach at room

The lake view room was very nice, the room service was also very nice, the bathroom was also very clean, the place was very positive energy, you can feel very happy staying here, both the restaurants are also very nice.

My stay at Parallel in Udaipur was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home amidst the hotel's comfortable and stylish interiors. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff—they were incredibly prompt and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel truly taken care of. Dining with a breathtaking view of Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aravalis was an unforgettable experience, and the RoofTop Taro lounge provided the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening. I was pleasantly surprised by Parallel's commitment to top-notch room service and hospitality, which, in my opinion, surpassed even some of the biggest five-star brands like Crowne Plaza and Marriott. Overall, my stay at Parallel was nothing short of amazing, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience in Udaipur.

Stay is comfortable and food is delicious. The assistance of the hotel staff is excellent. Unique theme at different floor and interior of the room is quite impressive.
