"Loved this “ step back in time” palace hotel. So fun to stay in a palace hotel where the royal family is still living in a portion. The rooms a large, very clean and old fashioned in a good way. The ground here are breathtaking. Entering the palace and court adding in the evening is something straight out of “Kismet” or “The Arabian Nights.” Breakfast room, bar and dining courtyard all spectacular. The food was delicious."

"Stayed here expecting a premium experience because of the Radisson brand name, but honestly the stay was below expectations. The room was spacious and overall decent, no doubt about that, but there were several issues that affected the experience. There was no guest escorting/support, and during the night only one staff member was available at reception, who seemed to be a trainee. The blankets and pillows had visible stains, which was disappointing from a hygiene perspective. Food quality was also very average. Overall, if you are booking this property expecting a typical Radisson-standard experience, I would suggest doing proper research first. Personally, it felt more like a 3-star property than a premium hotel stay."
