GGuest UserIt was good. But only problem is no room service is available over there. We have to go out at dining place and eat. In cold. And the second is the owner has 3 dogs. They are not on leash. So whoever are afraid of dogs, beware of that.

GGuest UserOur stay at hotel was comfortable. The room was clean compare to other Indian accommodations. Staff was very nice, however not every member was fluent in english.
Hotel is well located close to local food options - dhabas and walkable distance even to the City Palace. The hotel has convenient restaurant and room service as well.
The disadvantage is no WIFI and noise from the street and nearby temple.

We had a nice stay here for a few days.
Our room was simple but perfect with the lake few, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings.
The only negative point was the bathroom which had an unpleasant smell.
The rooftop terrace has a restaurant and also a nice few over the lake.
staff was friendly and helpful.
We would come again.

SSandraWhen we first arrived our booked room was unavailable so they put us in a deluxe room with a living area and balcony.... But the festival was so loud. It was good for photos but not for sleeping. Unfortunately the room had a strong smoking smell so the next day we switched to the room booked the double room for family. Honestly we liked 408 much better than fancy room.... It was one flight from the restaurant. We didn't like the set breakfast that comes with room but the restaurant upstairs has a super good american breakfast with imported USA bacon. Best breakfast we've had in india in 3 weeks. Worth the extra money. Also get 15 percent off if staying at the hotel. The service was fantastic
The only negative is cannot take taxi directly to hotel but you can take a tuk tuk or call hotel they will send boys to carry luggage up for you. Other than that location is perfect.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The bad thing that starts at 4 a.m. and lasts more than 30 minutes so you can't sleep.

GGuest UserVery good stay & very helpful staff. Best thing is it's near ganghor ghat, city palace & jagdish temple. Evening time is very relaxing their. Many food stalls near hotel so very convenient for foody persons. Overall very good location to stay at.

GGuest UserLocation is plesent and cool out of city traffice and near to beautiful lake fateh sagar, rooms are clean and neat, owner ashok sir is very helpful and caring person, hotel food is good and reasonable compare to outside hotels.
