Very basic rooms but value for money. Very authentic experience of living in a haveli. Friendly and eager staff ensured that the service was very good. Great view of the lake from the rooftop restaurant and bar. There are plenty of good eateries within walking distance.

We waren van plan enkele dagen maar het werden er tien. Wat een prachtige plek. De slaapkamer was groot, mooi ingericht met een ruime en goed functionerende badkamer. Op het terras kon je kezen uit heerlijke maaltijden en ondertussen genieten van een schitterende uitzicht. De bediening is top. Heb je wensen voor een verder liggend bezoek, bijvoorbeeld fort of luipaarden, het wordt geregeld. Vanuit het hotel wandel je zo de oude binnenstad in met interessante winkeltjes. Loop een drukke winkelstraat even uit en je bent in de fraaie rustige steegjes van Udaipur, Het paleis en de oude jaintempel liggen om de hoek. Een boottocht bij zonsondergang start aan de voet van het hotel. Met een Tjeok-tjoek ben ze zo bij de beroemde tuin van Udaipur Hotel Devraj is echt een bijzondere locatie met een zeer vriendelijke bediening. Fijn om er geweest te zijn. Een aanrader.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also, you can get a view of the hotel Taj, City Place, Ambrai Ghat from the roof top as well as from the restaurant. The hotel is very near to the popular tourist spots like Jagdish Temple, City Palace and Bagore ki Haveli.

Great hotel.Rooms are neat and clean .they have a restaurant on top.restaurant has impeccable food with great view of lake Pichhola.the staff is polite and sweet.our stay was fantastic !!would recommend this hotel if u are visiting Udaipur.

Everything was good Rooms were clean Staff was co-operative. Meet Vikram Singhji, he was nice and polite. Places are near by like City place, karni mata ***dir etc. Demerits of this place. Its in the old city, cars don't go there. Autowala will charge Rs. 100 for 1.1km to costly.

the staff is untrained, Rude & Not at all Hospitable, they can't even give the proper address of the hotel and they rudely spoke with the guest and told the guest to cancel the booking as they will not serve you.

If you are looking for a charming and peaceful stay in udaipur Hotel Devraj nivas is the place to be. the well maintain property and list of and delicious food create a perfect heaven,and the Rooftop with Lake View and cozi rooms makes it an ideal retreat, I left wonderful memories and would definitely return.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. I didn’t have any delayed responses from the hotel staff and everyone was humble. The hotel is situated very right next to lake Pichola and City Palace which was very convenient for us to travel.

The stay was comfortable, the view is extremely beautiful, the food was beyond delicious and staff I must say are very helpful and friendly. Stayed thr for 3 nights are totally loved it. Next time I am gonna visit #udiapur my only preference will be Devraj Niwas only.
