Hotel is located in a small alley. Itself is better than surrounding competitors. Everything else is acceptable.

The property is good, rooms are neat and food is also good. The only downside is it doesn't have its own parking so you need to park your vehicle 5mins from the hotel and this makes accessibility an issue.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a wonderful time. The hotel had a haveli vibe and amazing interiors. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Lot of plants around the premises give it a very homely feel.

The stay was goodall the service provided was quick and food was tasty. Staff was very kind. They even purchased pickle from market on our request. One great thing about this property is proximity to lake pichola, city palace and gang-hour ghat and jagdish temple.

We had a wonderful stay at kotra haveli. The ambience was great and the rooms were clean and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful. Also, one should definitely visit their rooftop restaurant. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking and their rajasthan thali is a must try. I definitely recommend kotra haveli.

We stayed at kotra haveli udaipur from 22nd oct to 24th oct23! the property ambience was fantastic, rooms were grand and spacious with traditional rajasthan haveli kind of ambience. Lunch and dinner were yummy, excellent and we highly recommend! also, the property is very close to all attractions within a walkable distance. You have to walk 50 mtrs to reach the property from jagdish ***dir junction as the approach raod is narrow. But once you reach it we loved it!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old city. Do prefer to take an auto from the railway station or airport as the lanes to reach the hotel are narrow. Hotel rooms are big and clean, you will see a lot of foreign tourists booking the hotel. Within walking distance you can find the jagdish temple and you can also walk to the city palace from here and ***y other attractions.

We reached hotel early morning and had already requested for early check in. I spite of the room being available they made us sit for 2 hours… later I realised that they might be looking to pay extra for early checkin.. this is not good customer experience… I could have paid if they would have told us
