The toilet was not clean at all and they have charge 800₹ more

This is the worst hotel i ever stayed. The room was tidy
no hot water
no heating in rooms in this winter season no room cleaning break fast you got 2 dishes plus bread and jam
no fruits or juices no non veg or egg
the toilets wc is filthy

Dirty bedsheets n pillows seems they were not changed since the previous guests left, no towels, uncleaned bathroom, reception doesn’t answer the call, have to follow up multiple times for requested service which should have been taken care by hotel before allotting room like dth box/changing bedsheets, used dirty mop for mopping the floor there was smell all over the room.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at hotel gyangarh. Staff was very supportive and polite. Food was tasty. Overall it was a nice stay.
