Please provide a basic first aid kit and medicines to the customer. Also before allocating the room to customers please perform basic checks like tv setup box working or not and others. Otherwise staff is very supportive. Food is good. Resort atmosphere and environment is very good.

Quite a unique and exquisite property, every nook and cranny of this property is adorned with antiques and art pieces that keep surprising you moment to moment.
The restaurant staff is so accommodating with exceptional service.
Only thing you need to keep is n mind staying at their property is it will help if you have your own transportation, otherwise it can get tricky going in and out.

Would like to thank @Sundaram Holidays to recommend Royal retreat for stay in Udaipur!...Staff is good specially restaurant staff .... Would specially mention name of RAKESHBHAI ***DAL ... He is really so kind and feed people as family members... not only him all staff I would say... !...one more I would like y To add we think need to change rooms we found it was not as per price perticularly queen sized room!

The stay at resorts was extremely comfortable. Rooms and furniture and furnishing are outstanding. We enjoyed every moment staying here, whether in the room, lounge, swimming pool, lawn&garden or dining hall / restorant. The ambience outside the room is wonderful and with soothing natural beauty. The staff is very well ***nered and caring and was available on shortest call. We wish very good luck to all and ***agement.

Delicious food.Room needs renovation. Mr bhagvantji and Mr Rakesh gives excellent service. Feels like a royal treatment from both of them. ***u of buffet is excellent. Restaurant and ambiance is good. Beauty with nature. Very huge property.

It was an absolutely wonderful holiday....we had our golden jubilee celebration of batchmates...85 of us from all over the world..everyone loved the place...the food ..the hospitality....the ambience...the service...in short PERFECT!!!
