Room was ok. But the floor was still wet from cleaning when we checked in. My daughter slipped and fell. Also, we booked breakfast for 2 for additional 1400 on top of room rent but when we arrived for breakfast, hotel restaurant told to choose 1 from 2 option as there is no buffet. We were furious with this kind of cheating by restaurant and we checked out immediately.

Pros:
- good location and property was well maintained. - easy access to most of the city main spots. - bus stop and railway station was very close. - they provided early check-in also and provided the room in under 1 hour. Cons:
- the staff was okay. - as per the price rooms were good but the washroom should have been more cleaner and since you are paying almost 2k per night you expect better washrooms. ( i was staying in 401 but other rooms may be good. - should be more professional i asked them to clean my room in morning and by afternoon it didn't got cleaned.

I was unsure at first for finding a good hotel, but city downtown is really the best, plus the food here is awesome!
