Jaisamand Island Resort

Stay was amazing and fabulous. Resort location is amazing on an island in Jaisa***d lake which is Asia's second largest *** made lake. There is a jetty service from a shore to the resort which is 3.5 away from the shore. You need to park your vehicle at the shore. Food was good. Entertainment activities should be increased.

Very beautiful property. The view & all is very beautiful of this Property. The food was awesome & the room was also very beautiful having big balcony & the view of the island from the balcony was amazing. I specially thanks Mr. Harsh & Ms. Marry from Reservation Team that they have given such beautiful room & are very helpful during our entire stay. The staff was also good. Please visit once this beautiful property.

I would say, the location was very good but over all it was an average stay. The plus point of the resort is it's location but at the same time it is a negative point as well. The resort is in the midst of the lake, you have to park the car and go by boat there which takes around 15 - 20 minutes; so once you are in the resort, to go out you have to travel back by boat which is a quite cumbersome, this boat facility is off after 7 pm unless emergency (this was informed to us). There is nothing around outside the resort to wander around. The quality of food was pretty average or even less than average. You must book with all meals into the package because anyway there is no other option around for food. I did not book with all meals so I had to go for ala carte, the staff kept on insisting for the same selection of food which was available in the package or else it will take a long time to cook, so you have a limited options. Buffet, if you have not booked within your booking, it will cost you 1500 to 1800 Rs per person, TOO MUCH for the quality of food offered. A 40 Rs bottle of Pepsi cost us 250 Rs there!! Dishes were not very clean, if you mop with a tissue; there will be black staining on the tissue! Staff is not very professional. The place is in isolation, there is no much activity to do there. If you are in your 60s and 50s, and want isolation, its okay but for a younger generation it may turn our boring. Mobile network is a problem, their wifi was not reaching upto the room, even weak in reception area. Traveling to the Jaisa***d, the last 20 - 25 km have a very bad road no matter from anywhere you are coming. Overall, I would say except for the location in the middle of the lake, rest things were average or below average, not worth if you are going during vacation time with the money they cost you during that period.

Best place for one kind of a personalized vacation.Nice place,well maintained property.Reaching via motor boat itself makes u feel royal.Food is best for the tastebuds and the staff will make sure u gain few kgs weight in a day.Nights are beautiful and can check ur dancing legs well.Rooms are luxurious and amenities are enough for everyone in the family.

Very nice experience. My wife and I enjoyed our 1st anniversary stay here and Daya Sharma ji made it extra special by some decorations for us. Our lakeview room was quite clean and hygienic. The resort is filled with a lot of activities to do during daytime. If they can add some activities for night (say, a bonfire or DJ), that'd make the evening/night time interesting too.

Jaisa***d resort was a surprise visit for my birthday and the resort was really very beautiful. Pros - lovely ambience,the lakeside and the entire resort has a 5 star ambience,relaxing - decent staff and very helpful, in their limited capacity they are fine. Cons - Food, If the resort fails anywhere sorely it is the food. No fruit no special cuisine, a very flat spread and really not exciting. They prepared khichdi for our baby very nicely, but adult food was very average.. - the roads to the resort is horrible, and proper signage and a route map must be provided to tourist. Also being on the jetty in the rainy weather most luggage went wet. A proper boat or some proper way to Pak luggage is needed - Activities. A very shoddy play room and absolutely no activity in the resort makes it very dull for kids - Rooms. The rooms are large and fine. But there were no snacks or refreshments as complimentary, staff carry luggage when a trolley or something to help them would be advisable. - lots of steps..the resort makes u walk and walk. Instead some method for people with walking issues would be advisable I enjoyed my trip a lot. But the boat ride with luggage and the food can really be upgraded!!!

The Hotel's staffs(Specially koshik sir and nitesh kharadi ) is so Humble and cooperative. Foods are so yummy. The hotel room is spacious, neat and clean. Every thing is awesome. Definitely I will visit again. Near bay the lack jaysamnd hotel iceland is very wonderful naf amazing view

This is very beautiful place I have ever visited.we have opted Villa Suits, An ultimate view from balcony in the morning and in the evening. Truly worth who love nature, mountain and tress. Special boat ride, camel 🐫 ride, Pool side snacks, Jacuzzi under the Flower, most heartthrob DJ thake. Last but have to say food amazing, staff supportive from check in to check out.
