Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!

Posizione centralissima com rooftop vista lago e monumenti. Camera con balcone da cui si vedeva uno scorcio di lago e tutta la città. Camera grande e confortevole bagno curato. Colazione a buffet discretamente ricca e ottime specialità indiane.

The rooms were shabby, staff inconsistently rude and the main attraction rooftop access is paid even you have opted for breakfast option. During dinner, you wont event get a table. The only good part is the location. So you should look for other hotel options around this such as Red pier or 4 Lal Ghat.

Location is nice, food at sun and moon cafe is good. Our bathroom exhaust fan was not working, health faucet was broken, tv remote was broken. Given the price charged for the room, these things should be fixed.

Balcony rooms gate were not sound proof and one can hear a noise upto 12 PM and night and same start around 7 AM in the morning. otherwise stay was good. This is the reason I am reducing the rating by 1 point

Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas. El wifi no funciona muy bien. Esta muy bien ubicado. Y el desayuno nos dijeron que seria tipo buffet, pero al final no lo fue. Tuvimos que estar preguntando que podian darnos yq que no ya que no era todo lo que habia en la carta…

Our stay at Banjara Heritage was great. The check-in was smooth and they already had a list of places to visit for us. All the staff, whether it was reception, housekeeping or the restaurant was polite, helpful, and prompt. The room itself was clean and hygienic, and had all amenities from an electric kettle to a bathroom wiper. We had requested for a room with the balcony and it was provided. The staff also recommended traveling by scooty instead of local transport, which was convenient and cost-effective. They also arranged for a reasonable cab for us to travel to nearby destinations - Kumbalgarh Fort and Ranakpur Temple. The hotel's location is close to major places and nearly everything is within a 5 km radius. The rooftop restaurant has a good view, and also has dairy-free / vegan options. Overall, 5-stars, would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay at this hotel.The rooms were spacious,with all amenities,location is wonderful,the host was very courteous and cooperative,the roof top restaurant is awesome.We had to check out at 7 15 am due to our bus timing for Mt Abu,but the staff at the reception, insisted us to have a complementary breakfast,which we refused,but he instructed his kitchen staff to get our breakfast packed,it was a wonderful gesture we appreciate.I suggest and recommend this wonderful hotel

The rooms were clean and tidy. AC and all other amenities were working properly. The ***gaer was super friendly and dealt with everything calmly. Location is best thing. The in-house restaurant was good too with pretty boho vibes. Saturday live music night was super fun. Overall loved the stay here.
