Rooms are neat & clean room service very good staff behaviour very friendly & supporting spa service as mentioned in very big latter's was not available swimming pool area & it's washroom very dirty not clean

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment i checked in, everything was seamless and the staff made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the room which was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing the perfect stay after a long day of exploring udaipur, the view from the terrace was awesome as we can click photos with the mountains in background. One thing that stood out to me was the quick and efficient room service, the staff was always prompt and courteous in fulfilling my requests.

Edhatu valley view resort & spa stay is value for money! all hotel staff specially suraj , diksha & devender were very nicely behaved & very good in service ! breakfast & masala tea was excellent! location is close to airport.

Ethatu valley view resort & spa (udaiput) gives very poor quality of service. Food is very costly, test less (expensive) all thou rooms are good, confertable.

The rooms are spacious. However the hotel needs upkeep. I checked in the room the ac was not working, fridge was not working, the tatasky needed recharge. The team had to change my room at night. Positives helpful staff. Ample parking

I never found such lethargic and pathetic service in my life in hotel. 1. Ac was not working and not resolved after ***y calls to room service and reception. I have to spend night without ac but no one came to check or see. 2. I had handed over room key at reception for room cleaning and for ac issue. But when i returned back to hotel after completing sight-seen, i was shocked as room was same as it is and not cleaned and same ac was not working. When i shouted at reception they just told me sorry for the same, we will clean your room in 10 min but in actual technically it is not possible to clean room in ten min and my kids were already not in postion to awake more and finally after fight i had to change my room. How lethargic and irresponsible ***agement of this hotel really. 3. On first day of my check in i had requested at reception to change water of swimming pool as it was very much dirty and badly smelled. But till my check out i did not find clean water. Actual because of swimming pool i had booked this hotel with good price. There are ***y other issues like bad and smelled towels, uncleaned bed and room, washroom also not good maintained and main thing they are irresponsible for customer. Request to all never every book this hotel.
