When we arrived, room were smelling and not attempt was made to provide us room freshener. Service was really bad, had to call 5 time for one simple thing. Food quality was also not upto the mark.

Value for money. F&b service is awesome (mr joshi gave the express service ) too good. Front office staff nikhar, shivani, radhey was very helpful and courteous.

The hotel is worst stay ever. I have encountered following issues : 1. Hotel has no proper car park, 2. Property is old & not properly cleaned
3. They don't provide dental kit, so be prepared to bring your toothbrush & paste
4. Flush in bathroom not working
5. Shower was also not working properly never stay here.

My stay with mumbai house was amazing. Staff was polite and humble. Even security guard was very humble. They even provide early check-in. Overall my stay with mumbai house was excellent. The general ***ager is very cooperative. Best place to stay & enjoy the scenic view of aravalli hills and udaipur city from this hotel.

Hotel stay was ok but the lady at front office is very rude and only concerned about money and has no update on complain raised by me previous night, when argue she assumes r hat i want discount so creating issue, most horrible person i have come across in hotel industry. She should be given classes how to take care of guest as she is not fit to continue as front desk person, i am sure she will lose more costumer with her attitude and language.
