From the time we greeted you to the staff, the response was wonderful. Stay in a room with an open-air bath. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and voluminous and I was full. The hot spring water was good and I was able to relax. The only problem was that the shower pressure was too weak. That's just a little disappointing. I think it's a wonderful inn. In addition, we want to stay if there is opportunity.

2nd Bessho Onsen. This time we dared to develop a new inn that is different from the last time. I stayed at Kashiwaya's main building. It was the best location to visit Kitamuki Kannon in the immediate vicinity. When you arrive at the inn, no more cars can pass in front of the entrance. When I was wondering what to do, the employee asked me to move to the parking lot, so I left the key and checked in. Is it the proprietress when you enter the entrance? A person full of dignity responds with a smile. The tea confectionery that was served was not only western style. I bought it as a souvenir because it was also sold at the shop. When I was confused as to whether my every move was being checked when I moved around the building, they immediately rushed over and gave me the answers and services I wanted with quick wit, so there was no stress. It was a plan with a bath in the room, but to my delight, it is the same natural hot spring as the large public bath. It was a good spring quality, although it was not a free-flowing source with water heating circulation. An elegant feeling with a faint sulfur scent. The water temperature is just right, not too hot and not too warm. A full line-up of dishes where you can enjoy the taste of Shinshu. The boiled carp was the best. It was well cooked and the bones were soft enough that I could eat it all. I am very satisfied with the quality of breakfast and dinner. I thought that the service drinks (sake beer oolong tea) placed in the room were a nice consideration. It was a real shame to check out after only one night as it was a wonderful ryokan. Next time I want to stay overnight.

I stayed at Kagetsutei, an annex. It has just been renewed and the facilities are perfect. There is a hot spring in Bessho in the room. Dinner was stone-grilled Shinshu beef, grilled perilla miso, and sukiyaki meat. I think the level is quite high.

Bessho Onsen is filled with a sense of wabi-sabi, with the sound of the bell of the Kannon Kannon. There are several other inns in the neighborhood that have good reputations, but we avoided the reinforced concrete construction and stayed at this historic wooden inn. The building was made of wood, but there were ups and downs, and it was an interesting building. The room was spacious and relaxing. The open-air bath in the room is a faint sulfur spring, and you can enjoy the moist space. I had my meal in a private room (an interesting narrow room) on the 3rd floor of the main building. The food was delicious and the service was naturally good. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy Bessho Onsen.

This is my second time using it. The quality of the hot springs and the impression of the staff are very good. This time I used a room with an indoor bath in the main building. It was spacious and comfortable. The indoor bath was also good. There were parts where the wood was rotting, and it felt old, but it was no problem for us. Dinner in the room was also delicious. Beer, cold sake, and oolong tea were provided in the service. I searched for vacancies because I wanted to eat matsutake mushrooms, but there were no vacancies for the date I wanted. Saturdays and Sundays are really difficult.
