We had great time at this nice hotel. Food, beach, our room was so good. The hotel has its own beach. And it is very close to rooms. Good for the families with the kids. Shiyaz answers to your all questions. Koes is very kind and he helps about anything you ask. We had great time. Thank you so much

We paid for a bigger room type and the next day while we were having breakfast they came to tell us we had to move and only offered a smaller room with no daylight. They said its because there was a water problem in that room, but we didn't experience any problem. It seemed like a made up story but we moved. 2 hours later we walked by the old room and saw there was a family with children staying there, so the hotel lied to us and there was no problem because they needed to give the room that we paid for to another family and we were only 2 persons. We complained about it and they offered a free trip. Organizing the boat transfer from airport to hotel was also very stressful because the hotel doesn't answer to messages, when they do, you get different information every time and in the end they said I have to contact them one day before arrival.
The only nice thing about this hotel is the beach setting, very nice and tranquil and with an impressive reef for snorkeling.

Struttura semplice, ma deliziosa, a tre metri da uno dei punti spiaggia più belli dell’isola. Personale gentile, sempre sorridente, pronto a farsi in quattro per non farti mancare niente. Cibo un po’ ripetitivo, ma cucinato con amore. Camere spaziose molto semplici. Organizzano direttamente loro escursioni a buon prezzo, non acquistatele prima di partire sui portali, ma aspettate di essere sull’isola perché risparmiate.

We loved to spend our holidays in Ostrov hotel, emphasising the kindness and professionalism of the whole staff. The location is superb, breakfast excellent, rooms are clean and have everything to make our stay comfortable. The only thing which is recommended to be improved is internet connection with slow wi-fi.

Vacanza bellissima, hotel affacciato direttamente su una meravigliosa spiaggia attrezzata. Camera con tutti i comfort possibili, ristorante gestito da un ottimo chef, colazione ottima,personale simpaticissimo e disponibile e a qualsiasi richiesta.Organizzazione delle escursioni esemplare. Bellissima esperienza, il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose con il letto comodi e grandi. La cucina è ottima, caratterizzata da piatti tipici e pesce freschissimo ma anche carne e tanta varietà di frutta e verdura. Il punto forte sono sicuramente le magnifiche escursioni con uno staff eccellente e la bellissima spiaggia a meno di un metro dalla struttura.

Замечательный отель и люди! Выстрели нас от катера, погрузили чемоданы в машинку и довезли до отеля. Встретили приветственным арбузным соком. Заселили быстро, номер большой, уютный с балконом. Выдавали пляжные полотенца, убирались в номере каждый день и меняли полотенца. Пляж в двух шагах от отеля - чистый, много лежаков, хороший заход в море, свой домашний риф - несколько раз видели черепашку, много разных рыб, рыбку Немо, небольшие акулы. Питание мы брали завтрак+ужин. Завтрак шведский стол - всего много, на любой вкус. Ужины были по меню - порции большие, можно заранее заказывать блюда к определенному времени, очень удобно. Объедались так, что на обед даже не ходили)) Доброжелательный персонал отеля! Окружали заботой с нашего приезда и до самого нашего отплытия с острова. Всегда встречали с улыбкой, спрашивали как дела. Мы брали экскурсию от отеля на плавание с мантами, акулами и ездили на песчаную косу. Потрясающе! Мы бронировали отель на неделю и планировали после поехать в другой отель/остов. Но так влюбились в Ostrov Hotel, что остались там ещё на неделю. Спасибо менеджеру отеля, что удалось оставить нам наш номер и не переезжать в другой. Мы в восторге! Спасибо за наш райский отдых!
