В целом неплохой отель, вполне себе уютный. Как отмечали в других отзывах, стенки тонкие, но мне повезло, соседей не было. Кафе при отеле сейчас на реконструкции, поэтому завтраки без выбора, что есть. И надо накануне говорить во сколько ты придешь завтракать. Не сказал - будешь долго ждать, пока приготовят. Удобное место, до центра рядом. Но на 5 все ж не дотягивает.

В целом был около 12 дней, убирают более менее нормально, кофе в пакетиках не было, только чай, интернет слабый крайне, белье меняют, запаха не заметил! Отдельно конечно стоит описать завтрак внизу в соседнем с ресепшн ресторанчиком! Отвратительно! Думаете испортить геркулесовую кашу не возможно?!? Обязательно посетите,попробуйте! Сходил два раза и больше не ногой! Вечером брал там пиво, вот его надо на завтрак подавать, тогда возможно было б лучше! Персонал очень радушный, всегда приятно начать утро с улыбки! Вот им реально 5+! И справку командировочную быстро сделали и объяснили, где что посмотреть на районе! Свои три звезды заслуживает! На большее надо работать!
