Maybe a budget hotel, but facilities is sufficient. And the staff is very friendly. Service is professional. The breakfast is surprisingly good.

Das Hotel befindet sich an einer viel befahrenden Straße und direkt an einem großen Waschpark. Entsprechend ist am Abend die Geräuschkulisse zu erwarten. Die Fenster dämmen sehr gut. Im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster könnte es etwas laut werden. Das Zimmer und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Besonders hervor zu heben ist das Personal. Super Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist OK. Ein gutes Hotel für Monteure oder Städtereisende die tagsüber unterwegs sind.

Fußläufig nahe zu Einkaufszentren (IKEA, Media-Markt, etc.) gelegen. Bahnhof ist zu Fuß ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Auch mit dem Auto braucht es keinen wirklichen Umweg zum Hotel. Für eine zweckmäßige Übernachtung mit Frühstück vollkommen in Ordnung. Preis und Leistung passen. Wer sich ein Hotel mit mehr Drumherum wünscht, ist hier eher nicht am richtigen Platz. Komme gerne wieder.

Friendly staff. Clean room and public areas. Good breakfast. Relatively close to Haupbahnoff and central area of Ulm.
What I didn’t like were:
1. Limited lighting in the room
2. Shower curtain blows into you when the shower water is on, making it difficult to bathe and nearly impossible to shave one’s legs
3. Loud bathroom fan runs for about 15 minutes after turning off the bathroom light. Can hear it from the main bedroom.

Mooie grote kamers. Selfservice ontbijt. Wegens werken, parkeergarage beschikbaar. Zeer practisch voor reizigers met auto.

Great overnight stay for business. Hotel comfortable and clean with friendly staff but for me what makes it 5 star is the breakfast. I could have stayed there for hours grazing on the great selection of meats and cheeses with fresh bread!! Outstanding
