"Stayed overnight in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was seamless, the staff were helpful and it was easy to check in rather late (after 8PM). The room was modern with complementary chocolates, coffee and toiletries. Bedding was really comfortable. We paid extra to prearrange a cot. The towel heating was great, but we didn’t use any other heating as the room was quite warm - liked that we could let in fresh air and use a fan for circulation too. The Dyson hair dryer was fantastic! There was a lift (helpful for all our bags). Location was central with a lot to walk and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the great coffee downstairs at the cafe. We would’ve happily extended another night here, but they were booked out - can tell why, our stay was wonderful."

"There was a discussion at check-in about whether the room should be paid in advance or upon check-out. The hotel insisted on prepayment without having mentioned this during the reservation. The room was freezing cold with the window open. Even after closing the window and turning the heating up to full for an hour, it remained too cold. This can be done if the room is available before 6:00 PM, but not, as in this case, around 8:30 PM. The hotel is located near Ulm Central Station. Freight trains pass by there at night, making a loud noise (even with the window closed). This was also not mentioned during the reservation."

"Free parking is a big plus for a hotel close to the city center, within reasonable walking distance. Good internet, close to supermarkets, stores and fast food restaurants."
