史上最差酒店！！！ 房間濃郁煙味！！！ 床底別人遺留臟襪子！！！ 更可怕的是半夜被人狂敲門！！！！！！！！！！！ The worst hotel ever!!! Our door was knocked with "OPEN THE DOOR" shouting around 02:00 AM. How horrible! We booked two rooms （204, 205）. The two rooms are interconnected. I heard a knock on the door of 205 and was awakened from sleep. I woke up my husband immediately. When we were very panicked and hadn't reacted in the very first minute, the person outside was already trying to open the door with the key card. Since I put a china cup over the handle on the inside of the door and the person outside had turned the handle, the china cup fell to the ground. But since we locked the lock inside the door, he couldn't push the door open to get in. Then he started knocking on 204's door again. At this time, my husband asked what was the matter, but the people outside only shouted "OPEN THE DOOR!" We tried to contact the reception several times, but nobody answered the phone. We contacted our booking agency. They helped to contact the reception, but there was still no answer. Our agency also told us not to open the door. In the meantime, my husband asked who was outside, and the guy told us he is the security. There is no peephole on the door, so we couldn't see what was going on outside. He kept shouting "OPEN THE DOOR!" outside. Then we told him to call the police. Good things was that police arrived in time. Then we knew the security got the complain from the guest in room 203, saying there was "bibi" sound in the neighbor room. But there was no such sound in our room. Then the security heard the sleeping music in 205 and said it should be the relaxing music. I really doubted this saying because the only neighbor of 205 was 204, which was also our room. My husband tried to communicate with the security person and asked why he didn't call us via the room phone. But the person said he did not speak English well. They could not communicated at all. However, his version "OPEN THE DOOR" really scared us. Later, we even called the ambulance to come because I felt too sacred and difficult to breath and could not stop trembling. The second day, I was still trembling. We let the booking agency to contact the hotel about what happened last night. The hotel only said it was not dealt appropriately, but even not apologized to us formally.

Absolute Katastrophe! Das schlechteste BW! Grauenhafter Service, bzw. es gibt keinen! Kurz und knapp und auf dem Sprung ( beide schon komplett angezogen - Jacke usw.) beim einchecken - und dann waren sie nicht mehr gesehen. Die Rezeption ist nie besetzt. Es heißt ab 22.00 Uhr kommt man nur noch mit der Keycard ins Haus. Nach einem Spaziergang um 17.30 Uhr war ich doch überrascht, als 6 (!) Personen vor der Tür standen, und hofften das meine Karte funktioniert. Tat sie. Von Personal keine Spur! Auschecken erst ab 09.00 Uhr möglich (?) - aber auch kein Hinweis dazu beim einchecken. Die dort angegebene Telefonnummer (Schild an der Rezeption) läuft ins Leere, bzw. ist niemand erreichbar. Unglaublich!

Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein, aber für 2 Übernachtungen ausreichend. Bis auf das staubige Fensterbrett war auch alles sehr sauber. Wir kamen später am Abend an und es war bereits dunkel draussen. Leider war es auch im Zimmer dunkel, denn die Deckbeleuchtung war defekt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war von diesem Problem wenig beeindruckt. Es gab keine Worte der Entschuldigung und Abhilfe wurde in 2 Tagen leider auch nicht geschaffen. Das Frühstück hatte mit ca. 19 Euro pro Person schon einen stolzen Preis. Am ersten Morgen war noch alles prima. Frische Rühreier und eine gute Auswahl am Buffet. Am zweiten Morgen hatten wir jedoch das Pech um 8.00 Uhr nach einer größeren Tagungsgruppe zum Frühstück zu kommen. Wir wurden direkt mit den Worten begrüßt: "Eier, egal in welcher Form gibt es heute keine, die sind aus". Na prima. Es war auch so ziemlich alles andere "aus". Das Buffet war relativ leer geräumt und nachgefüllt wurde auch nix mehr. Selbst die Kaffeetassen waren "aus". Wir haben uns dann selbst was zusammengesucht und die kläglichen Reste verspeist. Immerhin war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beim Auschecken so kulant uns den Frühstückspreis zu erlassen. Alles in Allem eher ein gemischter Aufenthalt.

Nach langer Zeit war ich mal wieder Gast im Atrium. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten gemütlich!. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders die Damen vom Empfang. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist reichlich und alles ist frisch zubereitet. Das Restaurant kann man sehr empfehlen, es wird wert auf regionale Produkte gelegt. Einfach weiter so!
