Sehr schönes Hostel, das einen frischen Eindruck macht. Außerdem ist meiner Erfahrung nach die Behandlung als Gast sehr gut. Ich hatte einen Brief an die Unterkunft senden lassen, der aber nicht rechtzeitig ankam. Die Unterkunft hat mich daraufhin im Nachgang direkt angeschrieben, mich informiert dass die Post jetzt eingegangen ist, und gefragt was damit passieren soll.

In the city, pleasant. Bed, shower and lockable box available. Bring your own lock, I missed a few hooks, e.g. for hanging up a coat or toiletry bag, a little low on toilet paper, no spare roll. Check in was great. Staff very friendly. Would happily stay again when I'm in Ulm

I could see beforehand that the room was tiny. But not even a tiny table? Nothing but beds in the room and a chair... It's also a huge imposition not to have a toilet door in a double room! When one person uses the toilet, the other hears EVERY detail! And the smell afterwards isn't pleasant either.
And with a small child on the 4th floor without an elevator, it's anything but nice!

Excellent location, friendly staff, good bedding, very good value for money!
There was just a little lack of toilet paper and shower gel but nothing dramatic.
