It's a good hotel for family and people who want near darling harbour but in cheaper price.

Great price and location close to Haymarket and Darling Harbour area. Easy walking distance took us less then 10mins to Chinatown. Hotel was beautifully appointed, bed very comfy and clean. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, toast, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. OJ, Tea and instant coffee. Perfect!
Parking was a 1 minute walk away and $25 for 24 hours over the weekend with plenty of spaces available - not sure if its more on weekdays.
Would definitely book again.

The handsome guy at the front desk was very warm and friendly! I thought I would be able to check in in the afternoon, so I planned to store my luggage first, but unexpectedly, I was able to find a vacant room and check in early. It was a great feeling. Breakfast is delicious😋

Perfect choice for an hotel in Sydney. As for price is a very good deal considering the average in the city. They have an agreement with a near parking lot (no need to book for that).

My favourite hotel to stay in Sydney. Great central location with easy access to the City precinct, Darling Harbour etc. Staff are exceptional for customer service and are the main reason for my return visits. Rooms are perfect for travel with comfortable beds, and excellent amenities.

Second time staying here. Location is great and room clean, comfortable and quiet. Good value price-wise compared to similar hotels. The only (minor) negative is that the breakfast has been downgraded by not providing a cooked option. Only a basic continental breakfast is provided which is OK but not as good as last time.

Very comfortable bed and quiet location and within walking distance to eateries (spice alley) and central rail station. Breakfast choice was good and healthy. Staff were helpful and courteous. I would recommend Vulcan Hotel as a place to stay if you want access to Darling Harbour and Sydney CBD.

We stayed 6 nights and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable with great customer service. Our first time in Sydney and not really knowing where we would be in relation to CBD it turned out to a bit of gem. A short walk to the light rail stop and we'd walk back in the afternoon, about 30 - 40 minutes depending on the number of times we'd stop. Room was fine. We were were on the road side so a little road noise but not a problem. Breakfast was simple, enough to get started for the day. We'd stay there again.

A charming boutique hotel, with people very kind and profesional, well situated beside Surry Hill and Chinese part of Sydney. The room is conmfortable and nice, the bed is very good. Ther is a nice patio, very agreable to have a drink in the evening!
