"Our room didn't have a private bathroom, so we used the shared facilities. There were two toilets and two shower rooms, all kept very clean. The owner was incredibly thoughtful, bringing us a heater and extra blankets to ensure our comfort. We stayed for three days, and I was so touched by the owner's wonderful personality and the warm service from all the staff. The ground floor is an old pub that serves dinner in the evenings. Guests even get a complimentary drink and discounted meals."

"Pros: Spacious room. Only a 9-minute walk to UTS Business School. Just a 4-minute walk to a bus stop with frequent services. Quiet and clean. Well-equipped kitchen, great for cooking simple meals. Cons: The bedroom has a window, but it's just a narrow slit that doesn't allow for ventilation. It felt a bit stuffy and had a lingering smell. The living room, however, has sliding glass doors that open up for good ventilation. The lighting in the living room is too dim, making it hard to read anything on paper."
