A gem nestled in a large forestry, clean and comfortable bedding with excellent service from the team. Breakfast was also good with wide variety of choices.

The check-in became messy at peak time especially when there is a group. The receptionist did not manage to check me in at a proper desk and did not brief me some of the important information like how they do to other guests. The rest are all good. Love the welcome snacks and drinks, as well as the coffee machine ❤️

It's far from the city. The environment is good. The breakfast is average and there is almost no service, but the staff is still nice.

Breakfast arrangement was not managed properly, realising its was festival season. Many of us need to seat outside cafeteria and food, plates, cups was shortage.

Haven is really a peaceful place if u want to be away from d busy life... Lovely pool and jacuzzi... Breakfast was good....
