I booked this hotel despite its price and location because I want to experience something different. Indeed it didn’t fail to wow me the moment I stepped in. This resort is very exclusive. The room is huge and it has a private hot spring tub and a mini pool. Exploring the resort is like a mini excursion which you get to see a crystal cave , cave cafe and cave restaurant. There is a Dr fish pond and an outdoor hotspring pool. There are also natural saunas and a cold water pond. You get free access to the Lost World of Tambun Theme Park but avoid Tuesdays cos the park is closed. I would stay here again the next time I visit Ipoh. We also love the Ala carte breakfast buffet which serves international breakfast. The local cuisines were so yummy. Staff are very polite and helpful. Well done Sunway!

After booking in any online app pls call the customer service and get the agency num first. Before 3pm maybe around 2pm pls call the agency n make a deposit rm200 to get the QR. To void late check in like me 😔 the deposit the staff told me will banking back in 24hours.. I'm super glad with my trip com agent. She really help me a lot and call me around 6pm to ensure that I already check in! 👏 Bravo

An decent sleepover after long drive from JB. We're checked in at 10pm. Though room quite small but it's clean and enough space for solat. Floor, bed and washroom all clean. Just when we arrived and opened the door, a cigarette smell kicked in.. but after turned on AC and fan, after awhile, the smell gone. We are 2 adults with one 4yo kid. May need bigger room if you are with bigger family.

room was soooo big..but there is no cup water to drink but they provide kettle... the toilet a bit dirty got black mold... so far for me it really worth it cz of the room was big enough n the hotel area also clean..the walkaway soo clean..n room was clean too.. dont worry about food cz got kfc n mamak also..then got laundry..got speedmart..one line with the hotel..got a lot of parking area...

I didn’t actually stay here but booked a single room for my friend who came to visit. It was indeed a fuss-free but terrific room. Amenities like hairdryer, shower gel, water jug, mug and coffee were provided. Extras like hot and cold water, iron, fridge were all available near the reception. My friend reported that water pressure was excellent and the wifi was strong too. Most importantly, it was super clean. There’s ample parking provided and the hotel security was good too. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. My friend says she will not hesitate to stay here again!
