Breakfast arrangement was not managed properly, realising its was festival season. Many of us need to seat outside cafeteria and food, plates, cups was shortage.

Haven is really a peaceful place if u want to be away from d busy life... Lovely pool and jacuzzi... Breakfast was good....

Its a nice property but the weather is roo hot and the hotel walkway is not properly shaded. Going out before 4pm you will have to walk under very hot sun and when rain you will have to walk in rain to gym , to get your car or to restaurant. I dont understand why hotel dont want to put awning along the walkway to its facilities. Also the gym has no aircond, making the air hot abd humid and full of body odours from other user. Thr humid air also trigger my allergy and asthma, this is one big drawbacks of the haven !! And the jungle walkway start protruded and uneven, be careful when walking around the lake. And hotel must inform ev owner to move their car once their car is fully charged.

even thou they had beer on the menu -they were reluctant to serve because of a festival they had on was warm and served in a teacup -would have been better to say no beer because of festival and i would have understood
