It was very dirty! The lighting is very dark which make the room feel creepy. The toilet donβt even have a sink. The water heater was broken and when we ask for another room with a water heater, the hotel staff tell us all water heater was broken! The bathroom shower head was also broken and the bathroom floor is dirty as there are leftovers left on the toilet floor and did not be cleaned! The wall was very old and dirty look. The blanket is very dirty and very thin. The water serving outside was also broken with no hot water provided. Then, the hotel staff was smoking all the time and make the hotel corridor and room with the smoke smell! The service was also bad. Not worth at all with RM90+ with 2 person room!!!

I, ******************************, am a customer who has stayed at your hotel on September 14, 2024 with a reservation for check-out on September 16 2024. Unfortunately, I had to make a decision to check-out early on 15 September 2024 due to some serious problems that I have encountered during my stay in the room provided.
Among the problems I am facing are as follows:
1. Poor room cleanliness β The room I checked in was not cleaned perfectly and looked dirty.
2. Musty and foul smell β There was an unpleasant smell that filled the room throughout my stay.
3. Presence of insects β I found there were insects such as cockroaches, small insects, and lizards roaming around the room. There was also lizard droppings which added to the disgusting condition of the room.
4. Toilet problem β The flush tank didn't work, and I had to flush myself and it was a hassle.
5. Broken water heater β The water heater in the bathroom is also not working.
I have tried to contact the hotel and request that my room be changed, but my request was ignored. This caused great discomfort during my stay at your hotel.
Accordingly, I request that the hotel return the accommodation rental for the period from 15 September 2024 to 16 September 2024 that has been paid which is RM168.64 for one night because I was unable to enjoy the accommodation services I should have.

bad bed sheets with spots...toilet smelling bad...the most critical thing is that you can't even take a shower...ask to change the room because of the water problem...it's really bad

There is a TV but you can't look at it because the remote battery isn't there. The cover for the toilet flush isn't there, the toilet smells bad, the toilet door is dirty. When you go in to check in it smells of hapak. Not recommend at all... on the beautiful website.

- Bad management. Wrong receipts for the room.
- Move the customer's personal belongings without their knowledge. Even though we have put the number on the booking receipt to make it easy to contact.
