Casa Lavanda Boutique Hotel

Extraordinary !

It is definitely a 10/10, I could not think of anything they could improve on. We were looking for a staycation that was close to istanbul, and luckily found Casa Lavanda, which turned out to be one of the best stays I've ever had and definitely the best close to Istanbul. From the pool to the rooms to the restaurant, the amazing gardens and fresh ingredients, casa lavanda is a MUST visit.

Amazing! We were a large party of 6, and required some special accommodations, which they were so helpful with. The staff were kind, responsive, and spoke English. The rooms are cozy and super well equipped. The breakfast ingredients were locally grown and the dinner was delicious. The grounds are lovely, and we couldn’t get enough of the little hidden corners and seating here and there. Special thanks to Mustafa for catering to all our needs. We can’t wait to be back!

Holy wow!!! We were at Casalavanda on July 24 . Everything was phenomenal! It is in a village about one hour from Istanbul city and really perfect for a getaway. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and very comfortable . Everywhere smells like lavender garden which is great. They used all natural materials ,renewable sources like wood and stone. We had a Lovely dinner on the back deck with a view of the pure nature. Our waitress was attentive and nice. Restaurant menu was pretty rich with very delicious kind Medeterenian food. The tagliolini was yummy! As was steak and homemade mustard, grill vegetables . Special thanks to Emre Chef. We got to sit and relax with no rushing . I like seeing people enjoying their day. there is plenty of space where you can relax. You will definitely be recommended by us to any of my mates. Thank you all!

Where do I start with my experience at this place? Let me tell you why I wasn't impressed. The team was friendly, the room was clean, and the food was decent, with an attempt at making it fancy. But there's a catch if you're a vegetarian – not much to choose from. And remember, you'll be eating here for all your meals because there aren't any restaurants nearby. Now, for the not-so-great parts. The room was really really hot, and the AC wasn't working!!!! When we tried to eat lunch on the terrace, it was too hot out there. Inside, there was just one fan, and it seemed everyone wanted it. But wait, there's more! They were not able to repair the AC in our rooms, and, when we asked to change rooms, they took their sweet time. Suddenly, their solution came at 10h00 pm!!! after we finished our dinner, they found available rooms! Sadly, those rooms were on higher floors, not great if among the group you have elderly not good with stairs. That night was a nightmare – so hot, it was hard to sleep. It made it tough to enjoy the view or the garden or get the value for our money. The ending wasn't any better. We decided to cut short our stay, and when we checked out, they refused to give us a refund for the second night. Why? They said we stopped them from renting out those rooms, but they offered us other available rooms later that night! We were really disappointed. Their focus wasn't on keeping customers happy, and they have a lot to learn about customer service.

Exellent food and the warm welcome

If you would like to find cozy and comfortable weekend get away from busy Istanbul , do please try this fabulous hotel. Specious premises with beautiful garden was exactly what I was looking for. Special dinner set menu was delightful. Thank you for attentive hotel staff. I will certainly recommend this place for my friends and for my family. Special thank you to Ferail Sen.
