The women’s bathrooms in the lobby had trash overflowing and the room bathrooms we were on the eighth floor where you have like a kitchenette and it should have bigger trash cans because obviously you eat in there and the only thing that was supplied was small, trash, cans. we didn’t have washcloths or dish towels or Kleenex. The TV controller was hard to operate and there was no TV guide or guest services book in there or phonebook to find things I got charged for a $30 movie that I don’t think anyone ever watched my son was clicking buttons and hit movies and didn’t know how to get out of it. The breakfast was excellent no complaints there. I always try to stay at Embassy suites because it is a better quality hotel more space the breakfast and the one in Jacksonville has an indoor pool which we always use. I was not impressed for the price I paid for the room $660 for two nights stay

We love the Embassy Suites Brand. The Hotel staff was great, but the Beds and the Pillows were not of the level of quality we would expect from Embassy Suites or any Hilton Brand hotel. I don't know if I would stay here again unless they clearly did an upgrade to the beds. The staff was great at the hotel.

This is our second time staying (first was in 2022) and both times were amazing. Friendly staff, very clean, fantastic omelet station at breakfast and great location. I’m so glad our second visit was as good as the first after hyping it up to my family. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in the Tampa area

I have been coming to this hotel about 3 times a month since Dec 2022 due to medical appts at the VA. The Front Desk Supervisor, Angela knows me by name. She always greets me with a smile and asks how I am. I feel like she is my extended family away from home. My dining experience has been exceptional as well. Tori is generally the one who takes my order. She always has a smile and listens to me blab and vent. She knows what I like to eat and will ask me if I want my usual or want to change it. The food is always good. I have always had nice clean rooms. Keyz runs the shuttle and he is super nice and funny. I enjoy his company when he is driving me somewhere to get food.
