Motel 6 Ontario, CA - Airport

It was preety clean compared to other motel 6 and Good for business travel for one night

The facility was nice, however the bathroom is something to be desired. The tub was stained and dirty. I had to put the towel inside the tub because I didn't want to stand in there. Other than that it was okay

I honestly cannot say I liked it or disliked it .. because I never got to actually check in . The dude at front desk was rude .. and couldn't find my reservation ******* had to contact them to confirm the reservation . And the dude refused to honor our reservation .. it was evening and freezing cold but he still made us go to night window instead of allowing us inside.. did I forget to mention we were the only ones he made go to the night window everyone else he buzzed into the office indoors .. and upon speaking to the ******* agent he decided he didn't want to rent a room to us . Don't know exactly why all I can think was because we couldn't hear him thru the lil slot in the window .. so we kept telling him we can't hear u and he yelled at us to get away from the window until we figured out are reservation situation might I add upon me contacting a ******* agent they said the property has already confirmed the reservation .. but yet the gentle men aat the window states he couldn't find our reservation. Wow . So yeah they are rude . My disabled cousin had the same issue with them weeks prior to this and he's in a wheelchair. Amazing horrible customer service

It was fine. Quiet . They asked for a $40 cash deposit. I checked out the next day and I had given my bag to a friend . It was too hard to carry with my service animal. Great spot, the desk section in my single bed room was a nice surprise.. so much better than trying to do work sitting on a bed ❤️ Laura was great too, very nice and helpful! I think I may be done with regular motels, this one especially feels nice compared to other brands or individual owners. Thank you!
