Accueil parfait . La chambre est spacieuse mais impossible de faire fonctionner le radiateur, j’ai été obligé de faire fonctionner celui de la salle de bain toute la nuit pour ne pas avoir froid . Lit à ressort à changer rapidement ! Je ne reviendrais pas malgré un personnel très agréable et souriant .

Convenient location close to a variety of eating establishments, including the hotels own restaurant. The hotel was smart, well maintained and excellent value for money. Good choice for breakfast as well. Only quibble would be the inward opening shower door made it a bit of a squeeze getting in and out.

The Chinese interns at the front desk can also communicate in Chinese, which makes them feel more friendly! Great value for money. Excellent location! Recommended! 😄

The room had a humidity problem, we could spot mold around the windows...otherwise everything else was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful in particular Enora....she was amazingly sweet with us. Thanks Enora....we will come back again

All went well except that there was a need for cleaning (scrapped drape with some blood tasks, dust above guarding clothes, dirty coffee heating we cleaned ourselves) among others to mention just that. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

Good budget hotel, stayed for three nights and had a peaceful and comfortable night every night. Easy to drive to and well placed to get a bus or cab into central Rouen. It’s also next door to a large shopping centre.
