Mercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone.

1. A very ordinary hotel, sanitation and service are okay, basically the standard of the domestic three-star, not four-star standard. 2. The introduction of Ctrip's hotel is very misleading. The hotel itself only has accommodation and a dining bar on the first floor. As for the **, swimming pool, spa center, etc., it is the building opposite and next to the hotel, not included in this hotel. 3. For Chinese tourists, you may need to bring a kettle, because there is no hot water, we stayed for 4 days and bought a dozen bottles of mineral water. And there is no Chinese food around. There is no freezer and microwave, so if you want to eat hot, you can only go to the surrounding western restaurants. There is a Chinese buffet, about 2.5 kilometers away. It's just a very ordinary small hotel, not four stars. The location is very good. The sea view room we booked can see the color change of the sea at different times, which is very beautiful.

I forgot to put slippers in the room. When I checked in, I didn't tell the drink in the room that I could enjoy it for free and didn't tell the reception phone number! Fortunately, we stayed for 2 days. We can ask the staff to retrieve the slippers and inquire about the above questions on the second day. The staff service is polite and commendable. 👍🏻

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché la catena Mercure offre sempre un buon comfort. Stanze ampie, pulite, insonorizzate. Un’ottima scelta. Non abbiamo fatto colazione perché non essendo particolarmente affamate al mattino, ci sembrava inutile spendere a testa 17 euro.
